This location isn’t it. Everything was rushed. I can tell our food was rushed as well. One sandwhich was missing the cheese and the other was missing the lettuce and tomato. We were also missing the mac & cheese bites we ordered. We felt rushed out of the drive-thru as well. Got handed the bag and was told “Have a good day” as the window shuts.

I thought the service was real good, the lady that served us was very friendly, as always, Arby's is in a class all by themselves. ??????
High crime area. The dinning room wasn't even open at 2pm. Was forced to use drive thru. The roast beef was the worst I've EVER had. Seriously, I've never seen white roast beef. It tasted spoiled!!! The chicken wasn't spoiled, but it was too crunchy to eat. My soda was perfect tho!! For the price of food nowadays, y'all really ought to serve food that ain't rotten! My mozzarella sticks were hot, and fresh. No waiting!

My ? where a little old my wife had a beef n cheddar with too much sauce. But my food was pretty good but I have had better at other Arby's ? The pretty girl working the window was really nice and respectful.

I visit this location maybe twice a month for lunch. Typically after 1pm on a lunch break, but today I stopped by shortly after noon. With only 3 other vehicles waiting in a two lane drive through, I pulled up as the 2nd vehicle in one of the lanes. Vehicle in front of me ordered and pulled up. As I'm waiting, I see the customer in the front of the other lane losing patience. 15 minutes in multiple vehicles have pulled up and left....except the one behind me, I was stuck. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes, probably more, with no communication from the other end, no "We'll be right you" no "Thank you for your patience", nothing. I repeatedly said "hello" to make sure someone knew I was there and nothing. Eventually the vehicle behind me backed out, and I did the same.
I get a lunch time rush, but this was ridiculous. At least communicate. And don't have 2 drive through lanes if it can't be managed.
I still gave 3 stars, only because this was a one off situation and of course gets the rant. That being said, customer service still at times feels very cold at this location. Food has never been the issue though.

Im going to be honest, Arby's is my guilty pleasure. I love Arby's, especially when im feeling down. However, the past few times I've gone I've ordered double beef and cheddars while only recieving singles while still being charged for doubles. Among other things such as the mozzarella sticks not being cooked and a general lack of care in my food from the workers. Im rather disappointed. I work, I go to get my comfort meal, only to be slapped in the face due to incompetent employees with a lack of care. I think it's time to take a hiatus from Arby's until further notice. Hopefully training will get better and I will return but for now i will not be eating here anymore. Thanks for the comfort in the past Arby's. Hope we can reconcile one day.
