Great halibut sandwich. Blackberry milkshakes are now my favorite milkshake. The staff was very pleasant. Be warned the register only accepts cash, but there is an ATM on site.

If you are from Anchorage, odds are you have been here. If you are visiting, it is a perfect first stop. This classic Alaskan history heavy, burger stop has arguably the best burgers in town only to be rivaled by their milkshakes and atmosphere. The rustic interfering has more history than some museums and a beautiful creek view.
If you are new and want the full experience I would highly recommend a burger, a milkshake and the house made onion petals. Just know this is an all cash establishment.

My burger was raw in the middle flys everywhere in the pickles. Employees had a bad attitude fries were also cold.
