I experienced something absurd at this place 03/13/24 6pm.8people ordered 7 Kenai burgers and 1 turkey sandwich. However, the turkey sandwich came as a salmon burger and 1 Kenai burger was said to be too dry to eat, so I was shocked to see them throw it in the trash right in front of me. And I was in the kitchen. I was irritated. Why did I have to receive this kind of service?Dietary restrictions: Kenai burger too dry

Vegetarian options: We always get a BLT (minus the b) and love it! They have a sandwich toppings bar so you can add pickles and onions or whatever. I believe it comes on sourdough.

Born in raised in Alaska in 1975 and have been eating here most of my life. Service has always been great but has gone downhill a bit recently. If you Order a salad online, dressing is included. I ordered a salad in the restaurant and was charged for two sides of dressing. When I asked about it, was told that it was a glitch in the system. I asked if she could at least only charge me for one dressing instead of two, and the girl said the register wouldn’t let her. Hmmm… instead of the 15.75 my meal should have cost, I paid 16.95. I know it’s not much, but how unprofessional of this restaurant. Not even an apology or offer of a free soda to compensate. The cashier could have even not added the ranch through the register and just handed me a ranch cup, instead of making me (and everyone else ordering salad) pay for the glitch in the system.

A fast, cheap place with a really nice vibe. The food is very basic, but it only cost $12 for a burger. Cash only, but they have an ATM.My husband really likes the blackberry shake.

Great burgers!! Had the Kodiak Islander. Have been here any time I’m in Anchorage. Would recommend - if you’re visiting Alaska, go here! Just be warned - they’re cash only
