“The food is so, so so good! The crab salad, the chicken, edamame.....spice level is completely customizable which is so appreciated. The rice is nice and fluffy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good prices for the amount of food you get (at least 2 meals with for me). Highly recommend!“

“Rarely am I tempted by both the cocktails and dessert, but the offerings by Ginger were so spectacular that I had to indulge in both. Add in professional service and an entree to die for and I was left with a truly great dining experience.
(The green sauce on the pork chops was seriously unreal. Great job!)“

“I dont understand what all these other reviews are talking about with the automatically added gratuity. I just paid my bill and there was no auto gratuity. Service was good and the food was delicious! This was the first time I had sashimi, and it was fantastic! The sushi chef did great!“

Meatball sandwich, not so much.
I love the variety, the owners are some of the nicest people there are, and they still deliver without the upcharges of Door Dash. So any time you find yourself craving Chinese food, Monty Cristo sandwich or more, give these guys a call. But do not order Meatball sandwich, hamburgers and I still haven't tried the Mexican food yet.“
“The Pork Bowl was good! Just like Anchorage Brewing Co, the portions are small for the price! $24-26 after tip for a small meal. Also it was kind of dry - needs a sauce. And it was filled with over 50% white rice. For that price, at least add more meat or other non-rice ingredients. The Pork itself was fire 10/10!!“

“Chicken fried rice is the best! The mongolian chicken is good, but on the sweeter side so I always ask for it to be “less sweet.” My family loves the California roll. The ladies are always really nice! It is pricey, but it’s our favorite place.

“I am a regular customer of Ghost Kitchen, they literally know me by name. The food is good, cheap, fast, and in a very convenient location for anyone in the UMED area. They are a local family business that treats their customers like they want them to keep coming back. I highly recommend the K-Spicy Hangry Chicken but anything on their menu is worth a try.“

“This place is one of those that once you've lived in Anchorage for most of your life and finally come and try it, you're amazed and wish you would've tried it a long time ago and why didn't you hear about it! Great food, great prices and great service...all that you would expect from a restaurant...the people who run it are magnificent, the food gives you a lot of bang for your buck and they have a great variety, from subs & burgers w/ fries to Alaskan and Chinese food!“

“Visited Alaska for the first time! Came here because we were trying to find dinner & didn't want McDonald's (you can get this anywhere basically lol). It's connected to a bingo place, I thought that was cool. They have one of the BEST fries!! ? Definitely give them a try if you're out there. Thank you for an amazing experience!“

“This place has become a regular must go place. A shout out to all the staff here that make it an enjoyable place to dine.
The food is delicious and we are slowly going through the menu but the teriyaki chicken is great. You can choose your heat level too!
