“This was our 2nd visit at Ginger last night 9/4 First one we liked it, this time we loved it👏 Excellent Asian Fusion food My most favorite was the Panang Beef, they let me substitute the beef for shrimp. Soooo good bring a friends admit is a dish easily to be shared My husband loved the pork chop also, can easily be overcooked but his one was perfect“

“The service and food are fantastic! Would highly recommend to anyone. The flavor is outstanding. Had Korean bulbolgi, teriyaki chicken, lumpia and gyoza. This will be a regularly visited spot for us. Hats off to the chef and staff!“

“Had a few minutes to spare before catching a flight to Fairbanks and I'm glad this was the spot next to my gate! Had Salmon, Yellowtail, and Scallop Nigiri and was amazed. Great quality and absolutely delicious!
The sushi chef served a spicy mixed Poke as well that I'm going to be wishing I could find closer to home.
Trust this airport Sushi without a second doubt!“

“Chicken fried rice is the best! The mongolian chicken is good, but on the sweeter side so I always ask for it to be “less sweet.” My family loves the California roll. The ladies are always really nice! It is pricey, but it’s our favorite place.

“The old man here made my sandwich so damn good !! It was huge he hooked it up on the meat. If you guys are looking for a sandwich place downtown just come here.
Seems like all restaurants downtown and over priced and care more about the decor inside than the food. I give up on the hipster places just going to stick to mom and pop shops like this place. ???“
“The Pork Bowl was good! Just like Anchorage Brewing Co, the portions are small for the price! $24-26 after tip for a small meal. Also it was kind of dry - needs a sauce. And it was filled with over 50% white rice. For that price, at least add more meat or other non-rice ingredients. The Pork itself was fire 10/10!!“

“If your in the area and you haven't had a decent meal in a while this little hole in the wall has a menu with more verity then a shopping mall food cort seriously the menu has everyone from Chinese to burgers and fries and oddly its all good oh and there French fries 🍟 are in the top 4 for Anchorage AK so stop in grab a bite and let them know how you like the food with a review right here on Google maps.“

“I am a regular customer of Ghost Kitchen, they literally know me by name. The food is good, cheap, fast, and in a very convenient location for anyone in the UMED area. They are a local family business that treats their customers like they want them to keep coming back. I highly recommend the K-Spicy Hangry Chicken but anything on their menu is worth a try.“

“Poke bowl was delicious added crab salad, kimchi and egg. Husband had noodle bop with beef, radish kimchi, Broccoli, egg and dumplings. Dumplings were cold they took them and made new ones and gave us an extra one for the trouble. We also waited over 15 minutes for our food they apologized with out us having to say a word gave us a coupon for next time. So nice to get service like this.“
