The staff at the Anchorage 5th Avenue location are extremely rude, Jeremiah and Angel in particular. Due to the way these two talked to me I will not go back to Auntie Anne's pretzels.
When attempting to voice my questions and complaints I was ignored by the "manager" while the employee told me I was wrong. This is no way to treat a regular customer. I like pretzels alot and Auntie Anns mafe pizza cheeze cinnamon pumpkin pretzels that are amazingly good to eat. Thank you.

Auntie Anne's serves amazing pretzel bites, although the lemonade can be overly sweet. Despite delays in opening, the staff provides excellent service, offering freshly made pretzels that are the best around. The enticing smell of their pretzels adds to the overall experience.
