Stopped by at 809 pm for a milkshake; the shop confirmed it closed at 9pm but they “don’t do milkshakes or sundaes an hour before closing.”

Ordered a 2 scoop sundae with hot fudge. Scoops were very small, more like dots, fit entirely inside bottom half of cup, not the usual, normal size scoops. Did Not receive hot fudge on it, gave me chocilate syrup instead.

The ice cream was great, the girl who worked there, she didn't even pay attention, she asked me what I'd like, I told her, but she didn't even look at me with my reply. Then she said what? I asked for toppings, but she said no. So if you go, go at least hour and half before closing, not 30 mins like me to get the toppings you want. Plz hire more people friendly workers too.

I got a Banana Split it was delicious! I didn't catch her name. She had asked if I wanted to pick my own flavors or a traditional Banana Split. She was very nice at the Dimond location!

Denied a cappuccino blast 16 mins before they closed cause they washed it already. Lame. I used to work in customer service for years and I do understand cleaning up early cause most likely it won’t be used...but I never deny things(food/drinks) cause they are already washed. 2 workers were there

This is my second door dash order that is way wrong. Last time I got the wrong ice cream completely no toppings on my Sunday. This time I wrote in the instructions which ice cream I wanted and that I wanted extra fudge (since I chose fudge twice as a topping) and my Sunday comes with only one scoop of ice cream, and no toppings at all again. Just a scoop of ice cream on a brownie.... Is there an option to chose a different location on door dash?!?

The milkshakes are a little on the runny side easy to drink but there's not enough icecream to be what I was expecting from a well known company... maybe ask for a ½ or full scoop extra of your like it a little thicker I know I wish I did, notes for next time!
