Baskin-Robbins in Midtown has become one of my go-to spots for casual meetups—especially when I want to avoid the usual coffee shop scene. Let’s be honest: most business in town goes down at a few specific coffee spots, and if you’re seen there, someone usually knows who you’re meeting and why. So when I want to keep things a little more under the radar, I head to Baskin-Robbins. They offer the usual variety of ice cream, but what makes it great is the low-traffic setting. I’ve honestly seen more Grubhub drivers than actual people in the lobby. That quiet atmosphere makes meetings feel more light-hearted and relaxed—less like a formal sit-down, and more like a friendly check-in. I ordered a 3 scoop sundae and And the girl gave me such small scoops and then she didn't tell me that they didn't have to go lids until at the end when it was time to pay. I didn't see how small the Scoops were because I was looking for the next flavors and she put all the whipped cream on it I was surprised they only live down the street and I had so much room in the bowl....i couldve gotten a whole thing of ice cream at the store for that. The first time I went here last month or two months ago it was good this time there were two different people... the girl could have just communicated that they had to use Soda lids instead of the regular pink lids before i started choosing flavors and building the sundae

McDonald’s was out of ice cream. Wild scoops had a line out the door. To Baskin Robbin’s we went and finally we secured some ice cream. Kids loved it. Thankful for this place!!

I’m speechless. We ordered a 1/2 sheet cake in the Mario racing design (see screenshot of the online example photo) and asked them to not put the Mario cars on it as we had our own. A $50 cake that’s supposed to serve 8-12 people.
This is the cake we were given. It’s literally smaller than my children’s hardcover DogMan book. See unedited photo for scale. 100% not a 1/2 sheet cake. And the frosting is HORRIBLE. 100% not the same as the design we ordered. We could barely even fit a single race car on it and ours are the exact same size as the Mario ones we asked them not to put on the cake. The race track and all messed up. There’s some kind of liquid on one side of the cake. I am so angry. So so so angry. Posting photos in comments.

The owner was unpleasant. While we were browsing the cake section to choose a congratulations cake for a friend, she approached us and asked us to close the fridge door, even though we were still deciding. She made this comment as she was leaving the store.
Worse customer service that I have ever experienced at basking robbins. Arrived 9 minutes before closure and employees were not trying to let us in to order and turned their back to us knocking at the door. After one of the employees noticing that we didn't leave she walk to the door and told us only card which we agreed. Once I started ordering I asked for pink bubblegum and was served a very very strawbery flavor, then I couldn't add a banana split to my order because they already had turn down all the warmers for the hot fudge and caramel. Lastly, the employee was wearing headphones while trying to get my order.

Baskin Robbins is the only place I will order cakes. They provide such excellent service and quality products every single time. The staff is professional and incredibly courteous. This place is doing a great job! You can always count on a perfect order here.
