The lady who is in charged of the register is quite rude. I have gone there a few times and she always looks upset and since I wanted to know what she recommended she would just say to look at the screen. Like okay? And her workers always seem to be stressed out and walking on egg-shells around the owner.

I don’t know whats up with this place. The workers in here feel so overly entitled. The self checkout tablet was having issues which kept making me swipe my card and ended up over charging me. When I went back in line to address the issue the one of the workers here rolled her eyes at me and gave me a nasty look like i was wrong for wanting the money i was overcharged back and honestly I would’ve just let it go but I was overcharged like 20 dollars. I come here often and always tip, respect the customers, use my manners etc, but the second I have a problem with something the service I get is completely crappy. Definitely won’t be coming back to this place they can keep their crappy service i’ll take my loyalty somewhere else.

I literally never come here without having an issue. They messed up how they charged me at the register and made me come back in the long line to pay them 79 cents (keep in mind I left a 4$ tip). Literally super petty and low of the workers here. Before that I came here to get a drink for my wife and i used to self ordering kiosk machine the internet on the machine was working perfectly up until it was time for me to swipe my card. It kept telling me that there was an issue with the network making me re swipe my card again. This went on about 6 times before it finally worked. Little did i know it was charging my card each and every time it said there was a network issue. This place is just sketchy and scandalous.

I went to bear bubble yesterday and honestly their drinks taste different. I think they changed their recipe because the drinks taste way worse than usual, they should go back to making it like they used to. The boba pearls itself are also very mushy. You’re better off going to happy house. Staff seemed amazing but also overworked. Working in food service myself you can pick up on it. Owner needs to treat the staff better in my opinion.
I had the classic Bear Bubble tea and it was a new experience for me as I've not been there before. The flavor was good and the large soft bubbles tickled me.

This place is fantastic! Of the several drinks ordered this morning, my brother and I were delightfully surprised at these tasty treats. Their boba is perfect- soft, chewy and real brown sugar flavor. If you haven’t been, GO!
