Bella Vista Pizzeria

Amazing food and great service. We came with a large group with little notice on a Monday night and they welcomed us with open arms. I sampled most of the Italian dishes and they were large servings and really good. I choose the steak and it was also good and I would’ve given them a top review anyway, However, I had a second visit the next day in search of my lost purse and Andreas (maybe the owner himself) went beyond over and above to help me locate my purse. Like amazing effort that saved me a day of stress that would’ve cost me a nice train trip with my family. My extended family who also lives close by told me later about how much comfort and compassion they have shown my aunt who is recently lost her husband, when she comes in. Places like this don’t exist where I live. Thank you so much for being extraordinary!

the chicken Marsala was a giant pile of oily pasta, mushrooms and some plain chicken breast in the middle. I put some salt on it but it still had zero flavor. it was really oily. the smell in the men's room was so disgusting that I couldn't take another bite of food after returning to the table. our server was really pleasant and friendly. she did a great job although it took us a while to find her when we were ready to pay and leave.

A little quaint Italian restaurant near Chuiack.
Excellent yummy food.
Waitress was super nice. The view out the windows was snow cap mountains.

We order from here on a regular basis usually Pizza. We've ordered spaghetti and no problems then I figured i would order this rigatonnie with meat sauce and there's no sauce lol they said they would bring me more sauce and that never happened 😔

One of my favorite local places to eat. Try the clams and dunk the bread in the sauce. The staff is really nice and helpful if you can’t figure out what sounds good.

Excellent service, lovely restaurant itself with an amazing view. The muscles and garlic bread were amazing. The Italian vegetable soup was great. I liked my Alfredo which turned into three meals (the portions were that large that left overs happen.) Someone else ordered a pizza and loved it. Great place to visit to get out of the grind. Family friendly and good for groups or a fancy date.

We generally order for delivery, but the few times we've dined in the staff is great. Since we usually do delivery, I can't give enough props to Joe (one of the delivery drivers). He's always super friendly with zero complaints even in our winter storms
The wife and I always hope he's the one who brings our order. Dude is worth his weight in platinum (gold is too cheap in this case). Joe is the best and deserves more than they pay him. Joe, I hope you read this or someone shares this review with you, you are the best!

I just want to give a huge shout out to the best restaurant Eagle River and chugiak have bella vista. All of their cooks are amazing the absolute best though are Paul Taco and Toby. If you have a chance to eat here take it you won't be disappointed
