Our waiter didn't tell us the truth regarding the tip we left. He told us the chefs could only accept cash tips and the waitstaff wouldn't share the CC tip with the chef. Luckily, the manager assured us that wasn't the case...but definitely a downer on a great evening.

6:15 reservation- didn't seat until 6:50 causing us to miss the event that we planned the entire evening for. Once we sat they squeezed an extra couple at our table leaving zero elbow room. Then we waited.. and waited. We did not leave until almost 9pm. Pretty horrendous night.

Very fun place to spend NY Eve. Very crowded and very loud. Service was great under the circumstances. They were slammed with a full house and not enough servers and only one bartender, The manager was excellent. He comped us some wine for the long wait.

Service at the Anchorage Benihana is generally of a good and consistent quality, but we had a particularly great time today. It probably helped that the manager handled both the hosting and serving and our chef was their trainer Danny who has 25 years of experience! Lovely people and delicious food always makes a normal day feel particularly special. Thank you Benihana! ^_^

The foods good but it's way too overpriced. 8 dollars to add on fried rice is crazy! The fact that kids meals are 30-40 bucks a piece. They have seriously hiked there prices up. 250 bucks for 4 kids and 2 adults is crazy. Especially when we only ordered food. No drinks.

We had a great time at Benihana yesterday. Our server Morgan did an excellent job. My husband being gluten free, Morgan was extremely accommodating to make sure there wasn’t any contamination. All of our food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. Thanks Morgan for a great dinner.
