Boom! Coffee

Almost always takes too long and heaven forbid if you want your drink made the same way even ordering a basic drink Americano with nothing extra or a protein shake with nothing extra protein shake ends up tasting like ice super frustrating after sitting there 30 minutes then paying eight bucks for a drink And what’s up with all the homeless looking people living in their cars in the parking lot. That place is getting trashy.

Copied and pasted from message complaint to direct owner: I just had a very upsetting experience with a red headed employee named Cole. He was very snide and rude. Very cold and disrespectful. We simply go to this shop out of respect for our son and who his friends are. He made aware that the owner was a friend of his and we would go together at times to get our pick me ups. I don’t appreciate how this happened with this Cole and how he spoke of me and the owner including my son. He literally started a rumor about untruths in regards to my sons death and how the owner was apart of it. A complete lie. I’m utterly disgusted with his behavior and how he spoke in listening reach to me and my husband about our son and his friend. He should just take a wholehearted lesson and learn how listen and bite his tongue at the same time. Mind you he did this in front of another vehicle getting their drinks from the other side which I’m sure if we heard him they heard him. He needs to be reprimanded for his despicable behavior. I asked for a business contact and he refused to provide anyway of contact with the owner. No intentional response of a solution from the owner towards this behavior of this employee. She claimed to follow up with me after she listened and watched the interactions between customer and employee. And never followed through. I’ve left several messages since then and have never been responded too. Since the experience we’ve never gone back. There is no guarantee from the owner that this behavior would not happen again. Or any sort of reprimand. I honestly feel that the customers affected negatively was of no concern. That some form of favoritism is what is at hand here and that is why Cole is so confident in his distasteful behavior. He is too confident in his despicable behavior because it is either condoned or tolerated.

We’ve been coming to boom for the longest time. We’ve noticed that we’ve been getting charged differently from the girls who work there comparing to the guys. It would be nice to have a menu with prices to know how much it actually is. We talked to a guy there and he said he wasn’t sure why the girls were charging us more even though we get the same drinks each time. Back when the old workers were there it was so great drinks were good now it’s not the same.

The night time black barista with dreadlocks is very rude and condescending towards people. He told me friend who was 16 that she is probably a mom with 2 kids who’s broke. Seperate occasion he was mean to us when we wanted a seperate order of the same drinks so we could pay with different card.

Goo's place to go for coffee, it's popular so they is always a wait. So far it's been worth the wait.

It takes at least 20 minutes to get through the line. The wait times are insane. There's been a few times where the line doesn't move at all for about half an hour. The coffee is okay but they never make it hot enough and they don't have many options at all for pastries.

I Drive all the way from fairveiwto get my BOOM COFFEE, Great coffee, and all the young people are respectful and always service with a smile. Makes the drive worth it, Thanks BOOM COFFEE for my all day and all nite coffee when ever I want it!!!
