We come to your shop and my kids love it. We have always had excellent customer service. Several times now we have had an unwelcome barista lady who likes to correct our orders and yell at me while giving our orders for drinks. This time during the whole time trying to repeat my orders. (Kept telling her about 6 times). All the while she was interrupting me and talking over me. When she did go to the kitchen area, we can hear her yelling cuss words saying that she got the order right. Then blaming me and the loudness in the shop. But I can hear them talking. She got very upset because I didn’t want how she made the order and she was literally shaking. I was calmly taking to her and telling her that I didn’t appreciate her yelling at me. She was very defensive. I didn’t say anything about her cussing because there was a line.

She has called, left messages, left emails, and nothing. ‘No one has bothered to call or email her to resolve this issue. We like to help local businesses out, but when you refuse to respond to customer service issues then you lost our business.
