It's a hip new age place!! I've been twice 1st time for the grilled cheese which I highly recommend!!! I had the jalapeno popper grilled cheese it was wonderful. I will definitely be back for another grilled cheese. The 2nd time which was very recent I got the guac burger and truffle fries! Truffle fries are fantastic!! The burger was very bland bacon didn't have any flavor the only flavor element in the burger were the jalapenos... I was super disappointed in the lack of flavor. Hopefully it was just an off day. Regardless I'll be a repeat grilled cheese customer. Oh and they have tons of beer on tap!!!!!!

Awful experience. After spending $20 on a sandwich, I got to the table and there were no condiments and they were no where to be found. I went to the counter and was told that they would have to charge me for mayonnaise and or mustard. I said that was not acceptable and they insisted that it was the only way I would get either that they had to charge me for them. I never found out how much that would be, but I told then it was a condiment. After the insistence I told them to refund me the sandwich and just take it back. The manager came out to defend that I should have ordered the sandwich to include mayo which I would not know having never been there before. He only doubled down on their policies instead of offering any kind of apology or responsibility from his help on how they should not insult their customers. To be sure, the charge was what started the issue, but the responses from the counter girl acting as if it was normal for them to be having such an insane request to have me whip out my CC to pay for a pack of Mustard was so unexpected that it set me off. To have the manager come and continue his defense of the indefensible was outrageous. I grew up working in Restaurants and my Dad taught at the 2nd best Hotel and Restaurant school in the country, so it is not from a lack of understanding on how things are done. We have gotten so far away from cordial exchanges, that this interaction was just crazy. Name any restaurant that would charge for Mustard or Mayonnaise or any condiment for that matter. I will wait. 1 and done going to this place just for how they acted. I guess the cream and sugar in the coffee would probably an upcharge and God forbid I needed napkins with my meal. Lunacy!

We were super excited to try this place. Unfortunately not impressed. We walked in and the atmosphere was nice, but the server seemed almost annoyed at our existence maybe she was having a bad day It happens.. I ordered the pastrami sandwich which was smothered with mushrooms, although it did not state that on the menu the pastrami itself was good. My husband ordered an Italian sandwich which had no dressing at all. The kids grilled ham and cheese was burnt. The reindeer chili was tasty and I am assuming the beer is really good. Maybe order the beer first and that might help the rest of the experience.

They have amazing tomato soup. The dipping cup is never enough, so we always get more. Today was a chilly day, so having a gourmet grilled cheese with tomato soup was perfect. The staff is friendly, and the ordering process is efficient (order and pay, then you sit down).

The food was way over priced for the quality and for the fact that you order from a window and get a number. Beer and everything is ordered from a window. If you want your beer while you wait for your food, you'll have to go back up to the window and ask if someone will get it for you. For the prices they charge you would at least expect to get a hamburger made to order, but all they will do is medium well, which means very well done. There is a bar, but nothing happens there but food prep, no service. Overall it was fast food quality and service for full service brew pub prices or higher.
