Panini and grilled cheeses are perfect whether you want classic or something a bit more interesting. They have both. The Hungarian mushroom soup was a little too oniony for me, but I would still order it again next time. My pesto mozzarella panini came with a little dipping cup of tomato basil soup. That was an unexpected surprise.Didn't try the pizza or other sandwiches, but I expect they are the same quality. Great tap selection and friendly service rounds it out and makes for my new favorite lunch spot in Anchorage. I'll be back every time I visit town.
The food was cold including the soup the sandwiches were over cooked and dry, tater tots were soggy like they sat on the counter way too long.

We arrived 40 minutes before closing time (more than enough time to have a sandwich and be out) and were treated poorly. After receiving our food, we didn’t have anyone check on us at all. We had to go into the kitchen to get our own to-go box. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for 10 years and I would never treat a customer the way we were treated. So unfortunate because the food was really good.

Visiting from Las Vegas and heard good things about this place. Bread and Brew didn't disappoint. They have an amazing selection of food and I had one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches of my life. I would absolutely recommend giving this place a shot if you are in the area.
