I enjoyed getting to know the owner, he was such a sweet person who cares about people and you don’t meet many business owners that take care of you the way he took care of us. We went there on a Sunday afternoon where it was pretty tame traffic wise. My dish was so delicious! I got the spicy bulkoki and it was incredible. My partner got the grilled onion burger. There’s so much variety on the menu, I can’t wait to go back and explore more.

Excellent burger. Incredible service. The owner is a gem and obviously cares deeply about his product and his customers. All of the food is great, but the service is what keeps us coming back. Having a genuine, positive interaction at a restaurant is hard to come by in Anchorage. But burger cache is doing it. I recommend dining in. I grew up going to burger cache but the quality dropped off for a while, I’m so glad to be able to recommend it again, wholeheartedly.

First time in today and my boyfriend got a bacon cheese burger with fries and I got the K-wings and onion rings. The burger was an excellent smash burger with a crispy toasted bun and fresh lettuce and tomato. the fries and onion rings were also delicious, crispy, and fresh. the wings were my favorite and were crispy and juicy in a delicious spicy tangy sauce. i would order everything again but am looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu! the service is outstanding, with the owner/ chef coming out and speaking to us a bit while we were eating. am excited to come back and would definitely recommend!!

The owner of Burger Cache is a kindhearted gentlemen and checked on my Mom and I when we were eating our burgers and fries, which were delicious! I used to frequent Burger Cache as a child and all the way up to high school. The previous owners were nice, but I love that the new owner's genuineness and hospitality. We had a conversation about philanthropy and he says that he gives money to orphans and the homeless. That warmed my heart.
The food is very good and made with care. I used to really love the fries over at Tommy's Burger Stop, but the quality isn't the same. Burger Cache's fries are very flavorful and not greasy. The burgers are pretty good sized and really leave you feeling satisfied. The Mushroom Burger is my favorite!
I highly recommend everyone try this establishment! You'll fit right at home!
You cant beat this place we literally went there 2 days in a row..... everything is fire EVERY THING!!!!

I discovered this place a couple of months ago, and it’s become my favorite monthly fast food splurge. It is a little expensive, but I never leave hungry or dissatisfied, and it’s fresh and tasty. The employees are friendly, and it’s a rare place I’ll even tip sometime because it’s family run and they’re pleasant.
Do wish there was an easy way to make substitutions, get napkins, water, etc. Bringing the food with a clementine/pickle is a nice touch.
The retro vibe doesn’t bother me. It’s clean.

We came to eat in on my hour long lunch, unfortunately they took my time and we didn't get to eat in. It took them 20 minutes to even get my chicken strips in the fryer. THEY ONLY HAVE 1 COOK! We finally got our order after a 30 minute wait and had to ask them to make it to go. Tip: dont tip until you get your food!!
