Through no fault of the staff the quality of the food makes McDonalds look like a Michelin star restaurant. Usually dive restaurants have the best food but this place didn't get the memo. If you're in the mood for gritty, beef jerky styled chewy burgers then you've found your spot. For the rest of us I'd recommend licking the antifreeze off the parking lot if you can get the homeless to move out of the way

Another sign of the times. So overpriced it's getting to the point of no return. Nearly $12 for a single Jim burger. No fries. No drink. JUST a burger that had enough lettuce on it for two burgers. I make better burgers. When I walked in the vibe was depression. I usually give places a second chance but life is too short for overpriced, mediocre, food. Will not return, there are other burger joints

Food was good, at least the burger was. Fries are a bit soggy…not my favorite. Prices are a touch higher than I’d like, but not outrageous given everything costs more in AK.
It isn’t fast food though, so expect to wait a bit after ordering.
Dining area was clean, but parking can be challenging, especially if you have a larger vehicle.

The secret to this place is there oriental menu the portions are fit for a king. And the signature Jim burger is awesome and worth it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheel chair friendly, ramp on front of store. Easy access for wheel chair inside as well.

The food was amazing as it was plentiful. The staff there were super friendly. The only downside is that the seating area was cold.
