The Manager John was very rude today. I came in for an order to pick up while he was on the phone no other customer on the front but me. He didn’t give any eye contact or a greeting so I just ask him for the order I am picking up. He said no hi hello and I was like you were on your phone and did not acknowledge my presence at all. He said he was working but I was like “ You were on your phone. “ He expects respect yet he was disrespectful to begin with. The audacity!!!

I’m a DoorDasher and these people have no sense of urgency with their food orders. Literally smoking and joking in the back being lazy I’ve been late to so many customers who order Burger King because of these guys

The nuggets were bland and soggy. The mozzarella fingers were cold. The ice cream machine is been broken for months and the staff is rude and incompetent. Poor management and terrible service.
