I was unhappy with my order as it wasn't what I had ordered and the bacon was raw. However, the young man that helped me was very kind and had my sandwich remade plus gave me a refund. He made my experience better!
I go to bk almost everyday for breakfast and order the same thing for the last few weeks, for the most part service is good, except when the lady takes my order. She’s rude when she speaks and there’s always something wrong with my order. The other people in there that have taken my order are very polite and haven’t messed up, so a ‘thank you’ for them.
3 stars only because I never know if it’s going to be open when I go get food. Sometimes I try them for dinner around 1830 and they’re already closed. The hours are really inconsistent. Staff is always friendly when I go, and the food is always good. I just wish they’d have consistency with their hours.
