I used to hate coming to this Burger King because my order was always wrong — but I love the Impossible Whopper, so I kept giving them another chance. I’m glad I did! The location has been renovated and looks clean. The employees were friendly and professional (no arguments or personal conversations in the background), which made the experience much more comfortable. And best of all, they haven’t messed up my order in a while — looks like they’re really paying attention to detail now. Nice improvement!

The service is hit and miss, but I'm used to that in fast food restaurants. The real problem with this location is the franchisee. This restaurant hasn't been updated in 20 years and it shows. The dingy, dirty interior and general lack of cleanliness make this one of the worst BK's in the United States. The lobby is so disgusting I don't even want to know what is going on in the kitchen. Disgusting.

Edit: I tried to visit this location yesterday evening after a long hiatus. The sign on the door says the lobby is open until 10pm. I tried tp go inside at approximately 8:30 PM and the door was locked. There were 3 employees standing at the counter and zero other customers. The employees just stared at me when I tried to to go inside. I left and I'll never be back. I'm absolutely fed up with these filthy, disgusting restaurants with terrible service.

The franchise license should be revoked.

Haven’t ate here in a while, did an online order and didn’t want three things on my order and of course they still did it anyways. The fact it was an online order and they had time to make and still messed it up. Horrible service

The female cashier couldn’t figure out the change when I gave her a $20 bill and $.50 cents for a $13.48 order. I told her just give me back $7 and we are good. She argued with me and said the change is $6.52. I said no I just gave you 50 cents. She repeated that the change is $6.52 and accuse me of being rude. We then asked for a handful of catsup and she hands me three. That’s the main reason for a one star, poor attitude. If I was her boss she would be fired.

It's fast food I get it but it was so disgustingly dirty almost zero clean tables there was ketchup squirted all over the counter and tray around the machine large amounts not splatters. The soda area was pretty gross too....
