The burgers were not fresh, the buns were dry like they had been sitting out all day. The burger was actually cold to the touch. My boyfriend also thinks he may have gotten food poisoning. I wasn't expecting much and I'm still disappointed.

Honor the posted hours (or don’t post them). Yes there is risk in opening the restaurant doors especially when the building is not ideally staffed. A professional way to manage this is to absorb the risk and not inconvenience customers. Use cameras and have staff call the police if there’s any disturbance or disruption. If you can’t trust staff to do that then what can you trust them to do? Otherwise this is a fine place.

I was really looking forward to the SpongeBob meal and they didn't even give me the correct menu items. I got a mozzarella stick instead of the bacon cheese tots. Those are two completely different items, and why wouldn't you let me know about the change, I wouldn't have even gotten the meal, I wanted the items it came with. So disappointing

The funny thing is I'm still waiting for someone to come and ask me if I need help but nothing almost 20 and it's empty here I can't even give them a start because it seems like if ur not Samoan then u won't be help this is the worst customer service ever

Anything less than 5 stars java joke. This is the best Burger King in Anchorage by far.. The staff is so sweet very caring. I've witnessed people come in with no money and leave with food. They literally would give you the shirt off their back. As a store owner and business owner this is the ultimate compliment. I literally travel across town just to go there and I'm there a few times out the week.. Greatly appreciated and good work guys 🫶🏿❤❤
