Anything less than 5 stars java joke. This is the best Burger King in Anchorage by far.. The staff is so sweet very caring. I've witnessed people come in with no money and leave with food. They literally would give you the shirt off their back. As a store owner and business owner this is the ultimate compliment. I literally travel across town just to go there and I'm there a few times out the week.. Greatly appreciated and good work guys 🫶🏿❤❤

Idk who y'all got working the speaker lately but can she do dishes or scrub toilets? Why would she take my order half my order and not even put it in the system before walking away??? With that trash attitude I won't be coming back.
I said, please no pickle on the cheeseburger and extra sauce on my rodeo burger. I asked for the cotton candy drink and was offered the cola, I said no thank you and ended up paying for it anyways. Tell me why I received 2 cheese burgers with the biggest pickles. One bun was barely holding together it was smashed so bad!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the food. I haven't been to a Burger King in a while because the last few times I visited the food was terrible. But today I decided to try it again and it was delicious. The drive through was difficult because they either couldn't hear us well or chose not to hear us. But after ordering the service was great.

While the food itself was good, but they forgot both our BBQ brisket whopper and snack wraps. Tried calling 15 times and and no one answered. When we went back they said we were lying and were just pretending to be missing the food.

This burger King in the Northway/Penland area just had renovations done. Great! But my personal experience is: it is very clean; given great personal care. You (I) can tell, I can feel it. The staff there are very cheerful and respectful. I believe they have a soft spot for 'seniors'. They are efficient . They seem to get the drive-thru and in store customers moving at a steady pace, giving the personable service to everyone. I've been there morning, afternoon and early evening. It's always the same: pleasant, courteous, professional and very caring. The food is always hot too.😇
