The Drive Through is RIDICULOUS! I felt like they were only taking 1 order at at time and waiting til they filled the order to Take another order/car via speaker. SLOWEST Drive Through I've ever been through. A line was backing up before you got to the speaker. The cashier was rude too. No greeting or smile. She did give me an amount owed. But my order was done online/website. So no amount owed. Unfortunately on my mistake I didn't check the bags before exiting (they are taped). By the time I got home I noticed NO cheese on either burgers or the wrap (I requested in order) and no Fries in the Kids Meal. I understand people can have a bad day, but both cashier and cook?! It is a "customer service" establishment that people expect some courtesy.

If you got food from this location on 2/10 you probably got moldy buns. I don't think we'll be returning to this location. So gross.

Picked up a doordash earlier and was able to enter the lobby. Was quick and fast. Came back an hour later and the lobby door was locked. No note on the door or anything saying the lobby was close. So sitting in the drive through lane and it's been 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. If they are understaffed and close the lobby at a certain time then they should put a note up or have the lobby open for doordash/ubereats only. Never going to do another order through this Burger King. Avoid unless you like to wait.
Waited 15+ mins just to order at 11:40, also sounded like the poor drive through person has never heard the word please :(

We went today to get lunch through the drive through. The guy working was so incredibly rude I didn't even finish my order. He kept saying "anything else" after every thing I said. I couldn't hear him because he was mumbling and said can you repeat that 3 or 4 times and he would very loudly say "I SAID..." He was annoyed from the second i pulled up. I finally said to him why do you feel the need to be so rude and told him I didnt want anything and would go elsewhere. If you've got an attitude that bad you should NOT be working in the drive through dealing with people!

In the drive-through, the order taker was very polite and made us feel welcomed. Food was hot on this visit! The only issue was a lot of bumpy ice in the drive-through.
