Went for lunch one day and it was very fast, food was made to order and staff was friendly. Also got to see a moose go by while in the drive through.

Dont listen to the naysayers. Elmendorf BK spanks the Ft Rich location so hard, you have to feel bad for the folks who work on Richardson side.

10 times out of 11, Elmo BKs staff is professional and responsive. Drive thru is ALWAYS moving at a reasonable pace despite being slammed every lunch time. Food is consistently decent (it’s BK, ok). And order accuracy and delivery time is always great. Seriously: today there were 7 cars ahead of me, the parking lot was full, and they still managed to get me my order within 11 minutes of getting in the drive thru line. AND: the drive thru attendant STILL managed to be upbeat, professional and efficient.

So, basically it’s the exact opposite of the fort richardson BK in EVERY way. It’s no joke. Read my review of the rich BK.

I didnt even have time to halfway finish this review while waiting for my food at the elmo location.

If you are ever stuck on rich side for lunch, PLEASE, avoid that BK at all costs. Do yourself a favor and just drive over here to experience what its like when an on-base eatery doesn’t absolutely hate its customers.

I went inside instead of drive through and saw how hard the women in the back making our food were working. I got my food within 3 minutes. Very quick and nice customer service.

Drive thru is extremely slow! Have been in like for 30 mins and ordered food 15 mins ago! About ready to bail! This is nuts.

Worst burger king I've ever seen. Always out of menu items. Never kniw what menu items are going to be available. This morning, 1 Aug 2025, NO TATER TOTS!!! HOW do you NOT have tater tots for breakfast. Recently I went for lunch to order a salad, and guess what, NO SALADS because they didn't have the salad bowls. AAFES, you have to do better at hring managers foe this burger king. They don't even have inside dinning because they can't hire enough people to work. Really???? Wow. TOTALLY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

Hit or miss. Something has happened to the buns. Like they are rubbery and spongy. Something is definitely off.

For a base BK it really isn't bad. It was pretty subpar pre-renovation but recently the food and service have improved. The line is always busy at lunch.

The new BK Bacon Melt was a disappointment. I was expecting whopper sized patties and got the same size that comes in a kids meal. Thank the Lord that I didn't ask for a single patty. I'm still hungry. I can't only imagine how women feel when judge a sizable book by its cover if you know what I mean.

Now I'm sad for two reasons.
