This place is nice-ish. But there is a few flaws I would like to discuss, first of all the wait time for my food was about 30 minutes. Keep in mind the food we ordered was for two people and the price ended up being 42$. While getting ketchup from their dispensers there was a whole group of fruit flies swarming around condiment dispensers. The food was very mediocre and definitely not worth the price tag of 42$. The staff was nice but didn’t pay attention to people who needed help.

Uber ordered. Burgers were delicious but not as ordered. Everything was slapped on despite having special requests (req no sauce but wanted to add ketchup; paid for Swiss cheese); paid for 2 fry sauces and they were not in bags. No napkins in bag. Poor customer service.

I’m not sure what’s going on with Burgerfi, but for the last year, the quality has gone down. Our family ordered yesterday, we decided it was the last time. This used to be our favorite. The burgers are messy and overcooked. Yesterday, all of us took our burgers apart, reorganized them and then ate them. They looked like they were thrown together in a hurry. I asked my husband if they were busy, he said no, no one was there (we ordered out). So it was done without care.

Burgerfi used to be so good 5 yrs ago. I was really excited to come here for lunch since it's been a couple of years since I've eaten here. Quinoa burger was completey burnt and soaked with oil, hardly esible. Urban style fries was basically an order of mayonnaise with a side of fries. This place has gone downhill in quality. Waste of money.

Stopped in for lunch, to-go. Place was fairly busy, but not packed...steady stream of customers. Three employees, so it was a little slow, but reasonable.
Ordered the BBQ Rodeo burger and a fountain drink. Rodeo burger was pretty good (make sure to grab a couple napkins to wipe it down so it doesn't slide out of your hand), but the drinks were downright terrible. I tried three...all were at approximately room temperature, and the Coke and Dr Pepper were as flat as the lemonade

They were all very nice, the food was good!
Problem, many people after us got their food, finally i saw our burger's under the heat lamp for quite awhile, I asked about it and they said they were waiting on the onion rings! Finally get the onion rings, get to truck and its not onion rings, fries with a chicken sandwich. My husband goes back in and I've been waiting 15 minutes!

I had a disappointing experience at the Anchorage location. The staff were impatient and rude, and my takeout order was subpar. When paying for a simple burger and fries, the tip screen offered no option for ‘no tip,’ so I entered $0. This seemed to aggravate the cashier, whose attitude worsened immediately. The food reflected this – cold, soggy fries and a burger that seemed mishandled. For a local chain that charges a premium, this behavior is unacceptable. If you’re going to strong-arm customers for tips, maybe start by paying your staff better and hiring friendlier employees.

Very infuriating dining experience. Ordered $100 worth of burgers at the counter. The point of sale machine prompted for tip with the lowest option at 15%. I tipped 18% because I was in a vacation mood. When food was ready, the waitress didn't even bother to bring the food to us. She just called my name and I had to walk over to the counter to pick up all the trays. If you run your restaurant like a McDonald, why would you ask for 15% tip? Especially when I had no indication this is how it's gonna be when I was asked to tip? What exactly did I tip for? The food was mid at best. The burger patty for some reason was half the size of the bun. To the restaurant owner, I hope Shake Shack moves into Anchorage and take you out of business. To the staff monitoring these reviews, don't even bother to reply unless you are ready to refund my tip.
