Worst burger place in town. We found the food cold and the restaurant dirty. Menu screen was broken, ice machines broken, no paper towels in the bathroom, condiments looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. Stay away from this nasty expensive place.

This location has been slowly going downhill. I have been coming to this location for 2 years as I stay in hotels across the street. The restaurant is not clean. floors are not clean, mustard and ketchup everywhere around the dispensers, bathrooms are a mess, soda machine ice maker out of order in one and only got one ice cube from the other, water button has been getting stuck for months unnecessarily wasting gallons of water. As I unsuccessfully battle the water button trying to get it unstuck a lady walked to the soda machine and she told me the last time she was here she had told herself she wasn’t coming back. And that she was disappointed she had chosen to walk in today. But she wasn’t going to make that mistake again. I used to love coming here. Not so much anymore. Very disappointed.
