CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!
I called about 630am to place an order for pick up for 4 breakfast burritos. I asked for the sour cream and salsa on the side since I am ordering for other people I didn’t know what they would like on it. The man on the phone then has the AUDACITY to say when I asked for the things on the side “are you serious ma’am?” I kindly explained to him why I asked for these to be on the side.. he apologized but it made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable...read full review

Ever since my work place chose Burrito factory to cater for one of our afternoon all staff meetings, I've been hooked to ordering from them once a week or twice a month. Portion size is amazing, consistency and flavors are spot on! I was born and raised in Anchorage and only learned about them last year. When I order online and pick up the staff is always friendly. Thank you so much for being awesome! 💕
