I got chicken egg and potato… I will still eat it but my first experience with the place. It was a work pickup so I can’t easily ask for a remake.

My favorite burrito in town. I always get the #14 on flour tortilla, pinto beans, carne asada with extra steak, no sour cream, no guacamole, cilantro and diced jalapenos. With XXX hot salsa. Sometimes extra cheese. Its perfect 👌

Ordered two mild burritos one with hot sauce. Got two mild one hot sauce which was not good at all I have a sensitivity to spicy food. I ran to bathroom as soon as I started to feel burning in my mouth all way down my stomach. Still have the burning feeling my bottom lip even turned red. Told the guy that made them just to get a response he didn’t mess them up.
This is the first time this has ever happened but the entire burrito was filled with only unmelted cheese. It was disgusting. I tried to contact the company and was ignored but that’s probably because of DoorDash somehow.

I was just in this location and the Burrito factory staff are telling customers there’s at least an hour hour to an hour and 20 minute wait time this morning.
The guy behind the cash register said “ I just didn’t want to make so many burritos this morning.”
The manager needs to get involved.
