Bad and Lazy quality. Ive been grabbing burritos from here for 20yrs, but I do so less every year ever since the original owner retired and the quality steadily goes down and down. Today was it for me though. I won't be returning to get anything but gas from this spot. They gave me a burrito full of burnt chunks in it. When I returned it they said it was their bad, the burnt chunks must of been from the last eggs they cooked in the skillet... For real!? At least they were honest about the laziness. I won't be eating there again though. The end of a 20yr era.

Burrito Factory is a flavor explosion! Fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned meats, and a warm, inviting atmosphere make every visit a treat. Their burritos are massive and delicious, truly the best in town. Don't miss out on this gem!

It was OK. Fajita burrito had about 3 small strips of steak was 15$. And about 90% beans and rice. Used to be much better.

Honest to god the best place for burritos in Anchorage. UAA/APU students should know, burritos are ~$12 and it’s enough for two meals or one gigantic meal. My go-to is the sausage breaky burrito but I’ve tried quite a few of their options and they’re all delicious. Staff is incredibly friendly and, either because I’m there too often or because they pay good attention to customers, they’re always happy to get my order started and chat while it’s made. My last three years in Anchorage have been significantly improved since finding this stop, every Burrito Factory morning is a good one. (Also, buy a hoodie!)

Not the expected traditional experience. It is within a gas station. In small towns where I grew up, you would find gas stations set up similarly. The service is awesome, the atmosphere simple with only two tables but it works. Most people get food to go. Food is good and in generous portions. Nostalgic and Veterans get a discount.

One of the best burritos I've ever had

I would never return back to this place again. I paid $11 for my food. I barely got the right amount of portions that everyone else got Omni food. The food wasn’t really done out of love. The worker had a nasty attitude, but try to hide it and this is how America allowing employees to work for these jobs and treat customers like this with a customer never did nothing to them if you have a problem with the customer, leave that crap outside the job but not in America.
