CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!
I called about 630am to place an order for pick up for 4 breakfast burritos. I asked for the sour cream and salsa on the side since I am ordering for other people I didn’t know what they would like on it. The man on the phone then has the AUDACITY to say when I asked for the things on the side “are you serious ma’am?” I kindly explained to him why I asked for these to be on the side.. he apologized but it made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable to want to order. I declined the order! That is ridiculous

Unfortunate. I used to recommend this place to everyone and was a loyal customer that came here frequently. However, I wouldn't recommend anymore. We were the only one in there, and the guy taking orders just ignored us for 5 minutes and just kept accepting to go orders even though we were there first. He finally acknowledged us, barely and stated just so you know it is a 25-30 minute wait. I'm beyond shocked that even though we were there before those orders came in that they prioritized them first. His attitude was terrible and seemed non present. Their burritos are good but at the end of the day, you can make those same burritos at home. They just lost a number 1 fan and customer. I will never go back or recommend this place now.

I had a carnitas burrito and not a single ingredient was right for Mexican food. Same for the carne asada tacos. The staff was nice. I doubt I'll ever eat here again.

This was a high school staple for me. Some things from high school should go away like the infamous LA gel or mean girl cliques.This should never go away!Love the gas station vibe, the inexpensive but DELICIOUS food. My go to order is get a vegetarian breakfast burrito (add bacon, don’t knock it till you try it)

The atmosphere is nice, service is nice, staff is friendly but food is horrible. The rice was so dry, the beans looked like the canned ones, and the taco was okay-ish.Alaska really needs good Mexican restaurants, another disappointment to our list.If you ever lived anywhere else where you can get decent Mexican food (like California or Texas) I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Normally Im a big fan of their food, one of my favorite places to get burritos except for today. I ordered my regular burrito w/no sour cream. I don't eat anything with sour cream!! Of course my burrito had sour cream and its not like I could open it and wipe it out so of course I wasted money and had to throw it away as noone in my house eats sour cream.
