Drive-thru order took WAY too long. The pizza ring was still doughy in the center! Threw more than half away. I also tried to get the attention of server through the open window and was ignored. The coffee I ordered had zero peppermint taste and had WAY too much milk for a mocha.

If microwaved food akin to gas station food is your thing, and strange rude loud men regulars hanging out nearby are your thing, the this is the place for you! The girl who served us was pleasant, however coffee was only ok. No WiFi to work if you needed to, and you canāt anyways due to the rude men yelling into phones and swearing loudly on conversation with each other. Therefore, I see now reason to return even though it is close to my house.

Not a good first impression. I ordered an iced americano with white chocolate and cream triple shot. The girl seemed new to coffee and didnāt repeat my order back correctly. She kept calling it a āwhite mochaā which is not the same thing as white chocolate. I even explained to her that I didnāt want milk in my drink, should be water. Said she would melt the white chocolate in steamed milk.. which is incorrect. You would melt it in a tiny bit of hot water or the hot shots. Finally after a little back and forth of me repeating my iced coffee order she left. Then a second girl came up and wanted to double check my drink and I repeated that itās not a white mocha, itās a white americano triple shot with cream and she was super confident that she knew my drink based off the other girls instructions. When they handed me my drinkā¦ it was hot. I had very politely said, I wanted this iced. Iām get it, happens all the time honestly, but the part that irritated me the most, is the fact that both the girls wanted to argue with me that I said I wanted it hot. Instead of just making me a new drink and making my correct order, they needed to be right and me be wrong. I asked at least for a refund which I was refused. So I kind of was likeā¦ okay so this is how itās going to be. I took the drink, threw it in the trash and left. Your 5 dollar argument lost a potential customer. I worked in the coffee industry for 8 years, remaking a drink isnāt that big of a deal, if I would have gotten good service and a corrected drink Iād probably return.

Absolutely love this place. The girls are always amazing. They so friendly and always ask where my dogs are when I donāt bring them. They always make our drinks perfectly and my husband has a complicated drink and they nail it every time. I canāt recommend this place enough. I always ask for a surprise lotus and I have never had one I donāt love. Thanks for always putting a smile on my face and making me feel welcomed.

First timer!! I got the lotus of the week, I canāt remember the name, but itās the one with kiwi green apple and habanero lime. OMG let me tell you best lotus Iāve had in a very long time, sweet but tart and itās not spicy which I love!! ā¤ļø definitely will be going back!!

I got their butter beer and cookies and cream cookies and they were amazing, the butter beer cookie was a little dry, but the frosting solved that issues and I cannot tell you how good that Cookies and Cream cookies was. The soda I got was punching with flavor and a perfect temperature.
The whole place was a vibe in itself but the two girls working the counter were super chipper and having all the fun in the world with their jobs. I wanted to stop by as I was dropping by UPS, and I'm so glad I did.

I hate to have to rate this one star, but that was exactly my experience. The drinks came out lukewarm so we couldn't enjoy it fully, and the smore I had was just okay. That was just the small part, the biggest gripe I have is that I specifically requested if I could have soy milk as a substitute and was told yes by the worker. There's no way for me to verify if it was whole milk that was served instead of soy milk, but we certainly don't eat any dairy in our diets and we had the symptoms pretty soon after coming here. For context, my partner and I are lactose intolerant and my partner has Crohn's Disease (their gut cannot handle dairy products and they will have a really bad bout of flare up). While drinking I thought I was tasting whole milk, but didn't think too much of it since the drinks were prepared when the place wasn't busy at all (we were the only two customers ordering in store at the time, while there was one car at drive through). After leaving we were both wondering if we drank whole milk instead. Not soon after I became gassy, and my partner had really bad cramps, nausea, and their gut hurt! I understand if it was busy that an order can have mistakes, but it was not busy at all so there are no excuses. This was also the only place we came to today out of the norm. We're stuck here suffering, do better next time. Listen to your customer's requests especially if you told them it's doable, and if you don't remember the substitute...ask!!! People have serious conditions/dietary restrictions that WILL significantly worsen if you don't follow the specific order. I'm upset that this happened, especially to my partner who has gut flare ups. Unfortunately we won't be coming here again.
