Kaitlyn and all of the other baristas working here are always lovely. Never, ever disappoint. I see some complaints on here referencing the "red head," and I would just like to say that they are ridiculous. She has always made phenomenal drinks and I don't think I have met a sweeter person in my life. I cannot believe anyone would ever go through the efforts to go on here and complain about her. Simply pitiful. She is lovely and this is my go-to coffee hut for good...

Last 2 times I’ve gone hoping not to get the red head (sorry don’t know her name). Time before last she didn’t put flavor in at all. Last time I got a sweet brunette that was making my 16oz latte perfectly as I ordered. The red head intervened deciding to add more foam to my 20oz cup to telling her to charge more.

I don't have a favorite Caffé d'Arte location because they are all great. I think I go to the Lake Otis location most. I love the recipes, I love the girls, the punch cards are a nice bonus. I hope this place never goes away!
