I love this coffee shop above all others! They are the only coffee shop in Anchorage that has popping pearls. Usually get the mystery lotus, and never had a bad one.

I would give a lower score if possible. Refused to serve me because I was on foot. I walked 20 minutes from my AirBNB. I flew in last night at midnight following a friend who was sent to Amchorage on a GuardianFlight. All I wanted was a cup of Coffee. No other stands near by within walking distance.

Not sure why so many give these guys a 5 star review. My partner found them based on the high rating however after waiting in a long line we ordered only one cup of mediocre coffee not even hot just luke warm and you could clearly see the baristas did not care in the slightest that they had a long line. They were more interested in gossiping about whatever. I'll happily never go back.

I'm a regular at other locations and love the service and coffee, but this location was terrible. I was given the incorrect drink and asked that it just be taken off the order cause I was running late. She said no I'll remake it and I told her I didn't want it. She said she already charged me and made me take the drink. She was very rude.

Used to buy my coffee here religiously but for the last year I’m disappointed every time I go through. The cold drinks are usually fine but my hot coffees consistently taste terrible which I do believe is because darte can’t seem to hold onto any baristas. Went to get a sweet coffee today just to try it and the drink tastes like straight espresso. Service is great, drinks are bad ):
