I would recommend Campobello Bistro as one of the best fine little restaurants in Anchorage, but alas they are closed, apparently for good. We have so many great memories there, celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. We will miss Jodie, Martha and the amazing cooks as well as those fabulous meals. We are so sad!

Yesterday evening was my first dining experience at Campobello Bistro. I’m enchanted. Yesterday my friend Erin, who is a frequent, and long time patron of Campobello’s, asked if I would like to me her there. I felt the genuine Italian hospitality, instantly.The vibe is calming with a hint of electric flare. I love the fact they honor the cloth napkin. Classic!! I ordered the Ravioli Marina and it was beyond delicious. Erin and I agreed that every Tuesday we would meet at Campobello’s for dinner and catch up, before we headed to class. I truly look forward to our ‘Italian Vibe Tuesdays’!! Linda Snyder

I recently dined at Campobello’s for the first time. The food was delicious, the service a bit disappointing. I chose to try again, food was delicious, service terrible! We had the same waitress as before and her attitude was quite snobby. My guest and I will not be back. I understand having a bad day, but twice in two weeks.
