This is only the 3rd time I come here and I'll have to come more often. The food is good but what sold me is how sweet the girls All are that work there. Usually when you go to some fast foods if you ask for something extra they act like you are asking them for a kidney. But I do have to say these girls are very polite and sweet.

The manager and employees were super rude, had to wait 10 min to get any type of service inside and there was no one else inside the place at all and no one in line at the drive thru either. They were to busy on their phone. I just took my kids and went somewhere else

Burgers had no sauce what so ever! Left the store and the worker was sweeping up a huge pile of rat poop. I mean the lobby was littered with rat poop. Super gross. I get down the road to eat my burger and no sauce on my burger. Go back to Carl's Jr on abbott road in Anchorage and the employee tried to act like she doesn't know ow what sauce is on the burger. Rat poop still in a pile on the ground. Place must be infes free ed in the ceiling and walls for that much rat poop. Soo gross literally threw the food away as my burger bun appears to be chewed on by a mouse. Soo gross
Ordered the bacon burrito was mostly tortilla shell I asked him to remake it he said thats standard. Drove to the other one.

Food was pretty good. However the burger was thrown together and sloppy. I ordered it no onionsbut they ignored that and put onions on it. Criss-cut fries were lukewarm. Compared to other Carl's Jr this one was mediocre at best.
