Always end up at Carls Jr. on Abbot around 10:30 pm. Food is always hot and prepared exactly as ordered. The best jalapemo burger ever, and the guacamole burger is amazing, as well. Service is fast, professional and staff is super friendly.
I arrived at rush hour very hungry and Chenne F. Helped me out. She was extremely kind and warm. She asked if I wanted to start on half the meal when seeing me stand around being hungry, while the tenders were being cooked fresh. It takes time for that quality. That was a very caringgesture and I am extremely grateful for that after a long day.Everything was cooked to perfection, and hit the spot. Thank you everyone, especially Chenne. You are special.

During my recent visit to the restaurant, I had a mixed experience that left me with conflicting impressions. While the milkshakes and beef burgers were excellent, I was disappointed with the quality of their chicken offerings.The chicken lacked the desired crispiness, and the batter coating was excessively thick, making it difficult to enjoy.
