Came here in 2014 on my birthday dinner and let me tell ya I pigged out. I ordered the king crab legs with a 16oz ribeye that was absolutely perfect. Also had the big prawns shrimp cocktail even to this date the best I've ever eaten. We also ordered the cheesecake with the strawberries on it. Amazing!!!! Our waitress was super she always made sure I had everything i needed and kept out drinks full. Great dinner and great memories!!! Thx Grandma your missed everyday!!

What a great lunch special. For less than the price a fast food meal deal, I enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak with all of the trimmings. My server was fast and just the right amount of attentive. Fabulous!

Not impressed at all; service was excellent but the food did not live up to the hype. Steak was cooked proper but had zero flavor... Not worth it

Our group of 3 ladies ate at the steakhouse on 3/4/20 and had pretty good service (the waiter was really friendly) but were disappointed in the steaks. Two of us had New York strip and one had the steak and lobster. All three of us thought our steaks were really tough with way too much gristle. Also, the drinks didn't get to the table until midway through the meal. The salads and side dishes were good.

We were seated quickly.

We had a very diligent waiter but our steaks were miss cooked. Mine was missing the mushrooms and blue cheese. My dad's arrived over cooked as medium well instead of the medium rare he asked for. Ultimately between my dinner and his he wasn't able to eat with the rest of us. The time it took to cook up another one for him meant he didn't get to eat with us. Good atmosphere and clean but the kitchen needs to up its game on a Monday night.

Do not use this place. Called at 6 to schedule a reservation for 2 people. “We are booked till 8:45” okay put me down. Arrive here at 8:45 to be told they “over booked and can’t hold anymore people”. What a joke. On Valentine’s Day at this time of night. we will now be eating fast food thanks shattle company. Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere.

I just left there after sitting and sitting and sitting no one took a drink order or anything.....so now I'm at Texas roadhouse it's a little louder but I think that's because there are more people here....and I've already got me a coke

Very underwhelming. Wouldn't do it again. Looks nice from outside, but has that "chain" feel in the inside. I come from an area in the country where we have fine steak houses and this isn't it. The service was good. But the food, particularly the steak, was horrible. They tried to serve me a steak that clearly smelled bad and was rotten. I had to return it and they even agreed... Really Chef....have some respect for your work and the food you put out....!.Server even told me that it was the last cut of that meat and apologized. They cooked me another cut of meat, and that was ok (and gave me a few extra sides) but even that was just plain underwhelming. Like I said, this place has the feel of a chain restaurant, and it's food has "chain" quality. I will never return. Very disappointed.

The food and service at this place was very good. Proportions were good and the steaks were cooked to our liking. Would recommend

I have been going to this restaurant for many years, not as a real regular but enough to say that it is definitely up there on the top of my list of places to go. I do appreciate that it is quite enough one can have a conversation and actually hear everything unlike most restaurants. I also like how the booths make you feel like you have just a little bit of privacy.

Food, service and atmosphere are relaxing, superb and delicious. Our waitress, Tiffany, was a dream. Made for a very enjoyable dinner on a very cold evening. Cattle Company has been a great place since it opened in the 1970's as Stewart Anderson's Cattle Company!!!

Stopped in after everywhere else we wanted to go had really long waits. The employees were very welcoming and pleasant. One thing we didn't like though was how empty and quiet it was. It was also freeezing!! The atmosphere of the restaurant was not welcoming. I immediately wanted to leave, but decided not to. Our server was great!! The food all came is good portions and the sirloin and filet were cooked perfectly (medium-rare) and had good flavor. We decided to get dessert to go because we were full. The reason they don't get a 5 star rating other than the atmosphere is because of the prices. Though the food was good, due to the atmosphere and everything I feel it was over priced. Plan to spend a minimum of $30 an entree here.

Waitress was okay. Food not so good. French dip very dry, dip tasteless. We have lived in Anchorage since 1971. We’ve seen restaurants come and go. Cattle Company “used” to be a favorite. Our 36 year old daughter told the waitress that today was my birthday. Waitress said she would need to see my ID. I’m 72 today. Really? Just my husband, our daughter and our 11 year old granddaughter and myself. How embarrassing.
