The lady that was working had a poor attitude and need to check ID for a 15 dollar purchase. I tried having it delivered but she said that the purchase has to be more then 20 and they need ID. She never told me when picking up I would still be IDed. I got the original Gyro and it didn't come with the fries nor the onion. Last time I order it was put together, came with fries and had more then 3 peices of meat on it. This time it wasn't put together nor came with fries. Gross. Would not recommend!!

I'm a delivery driver for one of the venues here in Anchorage. I arrived at CiCi's Pizza. I gave them the names of my two orders. The orders were not done. I had to sit and wait an additional 15 minutes. Then then I asked a question about the orders. I didn't want to get them mixed up.
The lady in the back very rude with me. She tells I should know who's orders are for what person. They didn't have the boxes marked so how am I supposed to know who's order is for what. You're the restaurant you're supposed to have this package done before I get there. You might want to learn customer service skills.
My job's to deliver the food. It's your job to have it cooked and ready to go when I get there.

Called 5 time and each time thay picked up the phone dent even say anything and hung it up will not ever order /try ordering from them again.

We ordered today 7/21/2024 the 2 specialty pizzas we sub par had ordered in the past was pretty good we ordered half shrimp and steak pizza and a Greek pizz and Greek salad of course dessert. Super under done shrimp pizza tasted like it was bad!!!! Smelled up our hole house. We spent 90.00 with tip definitely not impressed for the price and definitely not impressed with the language barrier and customer service. I’ll attach pictures to my post. I shouldn’t have to have my Spanish speaking wife call to try and get the order corrected.

i ordered a grilled chicken salad and got shredded white plain chicken , the chicken was rubbery , on the menu it was 11.99 he charged me 16.99
