Amazing experience, kids had a blast playing games, eating delicious pizza and fries. Not to mention the trampoline zone really put it over the top by tiring them out. 10/10 WILL GO AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!

Super nice old school place to bring the kids with new and modern twists and some similar old games. This is a great place to have a young child’s party at or to come for daily play.

Kid-friendliness: They make sure you get matching water mark numbers as your kids so nobody can take off with them.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a lift for wheelchairs and strollers and handicap parking

The location was clean, they’ve reorganized the location of games to ensure the little kids are closer to the the tables and there is more visibility with the new layout. For 100.00, I was able to have 6 children attend, that was less than 20.00 per kid for 2 hours of entertainment. Food was great and the staff were excellent. Well done, we will be back!

Although it's different from what I remember as a kid, it still is a good arcade, with other competitors like Dave and busters it definitely stands out as a kids arcade that your families can enjoy.

I’m 29 years old and I have fond memories of this place when I was a little kid. I would get so excited when my parents would take me to Chuck E. Cheese! I miss living in Alaska and this Chuck E. Cheese location will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Kid-friendliness: FYI: I'm a former employee. Most of the employees are very kind and patient. The pay sucks. You start at $11.45 per hour. The general manager (Jeff) struggles with keeping people from calling out. Overall the kids seems to have a lot of fun. I recommend this place if you are willing to spend a lot of money.

We come here 1-3x a week having the summer pass. We really like it here but I wish the bathrooms would be cleaned… they look worse & worse each time we visit.

Let workers know 3 times that the napkin dispensers were empty, no one did anything. Even the pizza was not all that great this time around. No paper towels in the bathroom. Does not feel like a fun place for kids anymore. No cheerful workers. The set-up is awful!

Manager Natalie was AMAZING! She really made the difference between it being another birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and "the best birthday ever!" (My daughter's words, but I second that!!) Natalie was absolutely incredible as the host for my daughter's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese! She went above and beyond, making the entire event smooth and stress-free. Natalie took care of all the planning and clean-up, which was a huge relief for us parents. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail were exceptional; she even showed us some fantastic upgrades that fit perfectly within our budget, (the new trampoline addition for our 6-8 year olds for 1/4 of what it would be normally without the party, and upgrading our pizzas to larges for $3/each!) Thanks to her dedication, cheerful attitude, and expertise, my daughter's birthday was truly unforgettable! Natalie is the BEST, and we will definitely be having our party here next year! And we will be requesting Natalie as our host! She was always super happy to help and clearly enjoyed her job, and made the experience even more celebratory than the energy brought by our kiddos alone! (Which even I couldn't match!)

Manager Rhonda helped us with planning over the phone, helped us upgrade our food and beverages to include our adults attending, and was so friendly, helpful, and happy to help! All of the staff at this location were friendly, so helpful, and responded quickly to any needs we had-- whether it was spilled drinks, help with games, or the little's requests to use the new Trampoline! The pizzas were hot and delicious, and most of the adults purchased the salad bar once they looked at how fresh everything was! Every detail was taken care of for us, and it was even more affordable than last year, when we just brought the kids and bought everything a la carte instead of doing the birthday package.

I simply cannot say enough about how amazing Natalie was! By the end, my daughter and I both asked her for a hug! She truly gave us the most wonderful experience. I couldn't have even imagined how great our day ended up being! As long as Natalie is working there, we will be loyal customers and will be requesting her next year for my daughter's 7th birthday!!

Dietary restrictions: We had vegetarian options for our vegetarian guests, and salad bar optioins had a lot of fresh veggies and vegan items, (including dressings.)

Kid-friendliness: It's Chuck E. Cheese! But besides games, prizes, toys, and rides, they also have parent/child stamps upon entry, and children can only leave with the adult they came in with.

Wheelchair accessibility: They had a wheelchair lift for the second story!

They do such good parties for kiddos! It makes it no stress for the parents! Rhonda made sure the birthday kiddo was taken care of!! They have upgraded things within the last few years and things are brighter, newer and cleaner! The unlimited games for kiddos is the way to go! The pizza is good. The veggie pizza is a great option for the parents!

We come here numerous times because we got the summer pass and have celebrated numerous birthdays here. Kids always have fun. Plenty of games for them to play as it has two story. Pizzas are good and they have a salad bar.

Very hot in there they need fans or something to circulate the air. Had good time but my goodness very expensive for the prizes that you want to get with your tickets. Might as well just buy the prize.
