Chuck E. Cheese

My son would not have come back to Anchorage without knowing we were going to Chuck E. Cheese. That is my reason for giving five stars. The price is why I would give it a way lower rating…. I did submit my survey so I won’t go in detail here, but getting my son to come back to anchorage seemed impossible (he hates flying) I am grateful that I was able to bribe him with Chuck E. Cheese. Both times we went to Chuck E. Cheese are in the photos :)

First and last time going. Im being generous with the 2 stars. Pro, all the games work. Cons, poor selection of games, cost for card vs tickets not worth it. Its split up onto 2 floors making it real challenging to watch your littlest, especially if you have more than one. Cannot use the trampoline unless an employee is available to watch and they are manned properly for it. Food service is horrible! Takes an insane amount of time to get food ordered and cooked. Example, a basket of fries ordered when no line for awhile for food still tood 40 minutes to make. And then it was rushed, burnt the ends and raw in the center. Tried to cancel the order and recieved no help as well. Prizes for tickets...you will need to bring your child back many of times to get anything more than the cheap 25 cent coin machine like items. Everything is over priced (ticket wise) vs how much a 5-7 year old could actually earn in a 2-3 hour period.

No gd games and they changed me for a fork.

We love going to Chuck E Cheese especially since we have the gold pass. We get 50% all food and services plus 250 credits each day. It costs us only $29.99/month. This is great for our big family.

My son loves the games, we go once a week n enjoy it every time. They got a bunch of new games on 2nd level.

My kids enjoy it quite a bit. I love fun pass offers. Only thing is food order takes forever and food quality is below average.

Pretty much the only worker there is a cranky disrespectful old lady that ruins the mood only reason im not giving it a 1 star is cause of nostalgia

First of all what's the point of having the entrance block off?

The Chuck E Cheese I remember was pure fun for my son's!
This new Chuck E Cheese for my granddaughter's is totally sterile with no fun!
Very constantly and zero feelings, of we are totally enjoying being in this zero fun vibe place.
We spent 148 dollars on a totally boring day.
My granddaughters are small they didn't get to have the old Chuck E Cheese experience my son's had!

Now let's get to the point of having a bouncy house close down for all the children's!

What the heck Chuck E Cheese 15.00 dollars for a pair of socks if the children's wants to go into the bouncy house!🤡

BRING BACK THE OLD DAYS OF DOING BUSINESS FOR THE CHILDREN'S, NOT THEIR PARENTS POCKETS!

AND MAKE THE BOUNCY HOUSE FREE FOR ALL CHILDREN'S TO ENJOY!

The staff are friendly and accommodating each time we visit. There's a good balance of games/ rides for older and younger kids. We love it there!

The whole experience was absolutely incredible. Our table was already set up and decorated when we got there. Our birthday attendant, Jeff, was very kind and helpful. He helped make sure everything went smoothly. Chuck E. put on an awesome show, even though my son got shy. All of the kids had an absolute blast! The games were great, the whole place was spotlessly clean. It was so wonderful that wants to go back, and the kids who came for his party want to have their own there too!

All games worked great, few staff but they were very helpful when needed, very clean, pizza was very good and salad bar was so fresh and good!

This is the worst Chucke cheese I’ve ever seen!
Someone should make sure they don’t run out forks for the salad bar at least!

We love, love, LOVE this place!! 🎉 My kids are obsessed, and our gold membership is totally worth it. With a big family like mine, it's awesome to have such amazing deals at our fingertips. Highly recommended for fellow Chuck E. Cheese's fans! 🍕🎂
