Don’t believe the website they close very early. Despite asking last Saturday when we arrived what thier hours are (2300 hrs) we find them closed. Bummed

Almost comical how terrible this place is. Never open, never have supplies, staff is rude and won't acknowledge you (if you can even find staff). It is so poorly ran and you can never eat here- definitely avoid it.

They just reopened this not long ago and every time we come by to get chillatta we are told they don’t have ice and it’s been 2-3 weeks now. So I’m not sure whose fault is that.
Last time we went to cinnabon we bought 6 rolls and it cost us less than 20$. We went again the day before yesterday and we bought the same 6 rolls as last tine and it cost us more than 30$. We are in the middle of a virus crisis and you would think that the company would atleast be a little consideret and say, "let me for the time being lower the prices" but no they said "screw every one else those prices are going up". Good food and customer service but prices have no ending, they just going up specially at the airport, I hope that the new location in Dimond center is cheaper.
