Last monday o went to cinnbun and i got coffee that was look like expire after drink i got very bad sour throat and until i feel very bad its a horrivle taste i will siggest every not to buy coffee from them they said its fresh but when you drink its look old or expired one it has burning taste while drink Additional, Very bad service they have ,they hire every single day new teenage girls or boys but still they learning they didn't get enough training from professional staff they dont know how take an order sometimes its embarrassingmoment .Oh My God ! Do i need to wait for them if they know or dont know how to take an order whenever I go and order some time Cinnabon is broken in between may be its old or they did make in a proper way . š¤ .

I was craving a cinnamon roll so I checked out the reviews for Diamond Center. Lot of negative reviews but I decided to go anyways. Great customer service great cinnamon roll I'm going back

Tried to go on an early evening Sunday, 50 minutes before the mall is supposed to be closed.Couldnāt get any Cinnabon because they closed way before the mall closed, according to hours on Google.Also was not aware of any messages or signs indicating early closure.Still a great place to get a snack though.

When I first went to Cinnabon they had no more six packs because someone bought out the last six, 6 packs of Cinnabons. I really thought I wasnāt going to be able to surprise my family (that live remotely) with Cinnabon until the gentleman asked me to come back in about an hour so they can make some fresh ones.
I came back an hour later and the young lady remembered me and said that she would make my 2 six packs for me!!! Hands down the best customer service Iāve ever received at the mall! They were so amazing and my family was so joyful having a Cinnabon!

I found this place because Ed's body shop showed me the way. My friend Janet at the Chamber said I should just order from the local pastry place by her, which is delicious, but my other friend Janet is really honest and said Ed's body shop could help me find cinnabon. They definitely did. I'm so glad Ed's body shop is full of such grounded people

Had NO ONE in line & 3 people working, wanted to buy a bottle of water and a cup of ice and was refused twice and told to go to auntie Anneās or Starbucks. 1-2-23 6pm
I barely go to Cinnabon. Decided to today. I stood at the order counter for about a minute, noticed a worker not too far preparing bread dough, I can tell they noticed me too, but didn't bother to ask if I was ordering or needed help. I finally said, "excuse me, is there anyone available to help me?" They turned their back to their co-worker in the back to let them know. They didn't seem very friendly.

Update: Since shortly after it opened, the quality of product and staff has continually gone downhill. They used to use enough icing on their rolls and give additional icing at no cost, but now there is very little icing and extra icing is only available for an additional fee.
Stopped in for a center of the roll and was served what looked like a half eater cinnamon roll, last visit for some time.
