All I can say is I hope the young blonde lady there tonight has a better day. We often experience attitudes from ALL of them but have ignored them because their teens. Tonight took the cake when she couldn't remember half of what we ordered and it wasn't complicated. Then when she was corrected didn't like that at all 🤣 dripping water from the spatula dish on my ice-cream. You would think that if your kind and tip you would be treated decently mmm not at this store...its extremely hit or miss

The blonde girl that works there in the night shift has the most horrible attitude I've ever seen working there. I remember when she was a brand new employee and was the nicest thing in the world working there for 6 to 8 months she turned into the rest of the girls that work there. I dread going there just because of those girls we recently like to go to the Northern lights location because there was a guy there that was pretty awesome at customer service don't know what happened to him but management I hate going to your store now your employees are extremely rude probably won't be going back for a while and if I definitely see them I'm just going to turn around

I had an incredible experience at Coldstone Creamery thanks to Eiyanan. I needed a cake for a last-minute celebration and was told I needed 48 hours by other locations. However, she jumped into action right away.

Not only did Eiyanan manage to whip up a beautiful cake on such short notice, it was absolutely yummy!

I truly appreciate the outstanding service and dedication shown by Eiyanan. If you're in need of great ice cream and fantastic desserts made with love, I highly recommend visiting this Coldstone.

While I was eating my ice cream, a worker had her headphones in and started spraying cleaner on the tables next to me. I get that she’s doing her job but the smell of chemicals was so overpowering that I lost my appetite and left.

Recently went here for ice cream, will not go back. The place smells pretty gross, the girls working never once greeted us, or asked what we wanted, and when she did finally speak, we couldn’t hear her and had to ask “what” multiple times. Ice cream flavors had chunks of other flavors in them and overall ice cream was mediocre. Spend your money elsewhere.

I went in looking for a soft serve cone or bowl, no soft ice cream, paid $11.00 for a pint of coffee ice cream that had chunks of ice in it and wasn't as flavorful as the vanilla OR chocolate soft serve ice cream that you can get at the Vitus stores or other places for just a few dollars.
Not impressed.

Me and a friend literally walked in no one one helped us. There were 3 teenage girls behind the counter all doing different tasks one was making a cake and talking to two friends from school while two others were making orders for different people. And no one bothered to ask what we wanted two minutes after we walked in another group walked in an a door dasher. We were in line for 7 straight minutes. I will never go to this location again

The owner an manager need to do better at hiring young workers who actually care about there job instead of talking an letting customers walking out the door an losing money for workers talking to their friends 7 straight minutes who were already in line an not acknowledging other people who were in line

Extremely rude staff that completely ignore me when I walked in with my wife. The only person that would help us was a shorter brunette. No one else would even look in our direction in the empty store, with four workers standing behind the counter. I know good help is hard to find, but the owner needs to clean house and hire someone that doesn't roll their eyes at being asked to do simple tasks.

Those white girls literally prejudice. We are native and they made our smoothie LITERALLY TASTE LIKE WATER. but made our white friend we had with us a good regular smoothie. We tried asking to remake the smoothie but they didn’t even give me the smoothie. They could’ve at least gave me the same smoothie I had gotten served the first time. Even tho I bought it. They wanted me to charge me more if I wanted it back. And my sisters smoothie they literally REUSED the smoothie they gave her that also tasted like complete garbage literally not a smoothie js water.

Wheelchair accessibility: They literally did that on purpose just cos we are native and one in a handicap spot!!!!

Cold stone is always the bomb!! Try the BOO BATTER to get some strange and unusual lips!

A great experience in all, I came in relatively late last night as I thought it closed at 11, but the girl with the blue glasses was very friendly and still mixed in my toppings and asked me how my night was with a smile. A great place for a quick treat!

The girls who work here are obviously put out by customers. Eye rolling, acting inconvenienced, etc. honestly, they need to fire all of their staff. It’s that bad. Also, we placed a $60+ order online tonight, and they gave all of our milkshakes (5), to someone else before we came in to get our order. Then they were rude to my husband because it was going to take them a while to remake them.

Need to tell evening staff there is a time to socialize and a time to work. Two people do not need to be washing dishes during rush. Their productivity and lack of management guidance is a problem
