The girls who work here are obviously put out by customers. Eye rolling, acting inconvenienced, etc. honestly, they need to fire all of their staff. It’s that bad. Also, we placed a $60+ order online tonight, and they gave all of our milkshakes (5), to someone else before we came in to get our order. Then they were rude to my husband because it was going to take them a while to remake them.

The ice cream never fails to be delicious but the workers on the other hand... don't know how to work a good flow. Waited at least 20-30 minutes for an ice cream cup- which was partially melted btw. Snobby attitudes, super pushy, not welcoming, take there sweet time talking and over working on one thing. Pretending to look busy- knowing they had more people coming in. It's summer hun, expect it to be busy... you know what you applied for. Can't handle the food industry- just leave- simple..

three teenage girls working there were very unprofessional. talking very loudly about personal things as well as laughing about spilling a smoothie in the backroom.felt very rushed and took a long time for them to prepare our icecream as they were busy gossiping.tasted good though :)
Pretty rude staff. Took out all indoor seating. We went there with a group and it was pouring rain. Kicked us outside as soon as our order was done.

The children there were incredibly rude, we took a couple extra minutes and let the people behind us order and they kept snapping at us and rolling there eyes asking when we would order, my wife was on an important call and we made sure to stand away to allow others to order first and took 3 etlxtra minutes. There was no line and they weren't close to closing. Wonr be going back.
