I miss seeing Maya at the Old Seward location! I was surprised to see her at this location, but it absolutely made my day. She is so nice and has great customer service!!! Her smile brighten my day

Lots of coffee huts around town, but Common Grounds is the place for caffeinated and other goodies. Plenty of diabetic and keto options for everyone. Beats the drive thru and chain shops by a mile. And it always feels good to support locally owned and operated. Stop in for Alaska's Best!

This is one of favorite coffee spots. I went there recently and waited in line for 15 mintues. The staff inside the coffee hut was slow, dragging thier feet when they had a 2 cars on one side and 3 on the other side. It was a car that was there when I pulled up and they was there hella long before I was able to move up to second place in line from being in third on my side. When asked what was the hold up they laughed and took my concern very non chalantly. 😑 Sad to say I won't be going back to this one. What was taking so long. It's coffee, are the growing the beans first...

The northern lights coffee shop isnt as good as it used to be. My coffee always tastes different and not as good, its never made the same. I dread seeing new girls in there because i never know if my coffee will be good. Last time I was there the girl was high as hell with dilated pupils and didnt get the order right. I wont be going back to the northern lights location.

I go to the hut in front of value village on Northern lights and Boniface. The baristas there are so freaking nice and fun! and they always make a lovely drink. My brother often takes me to work in the morning and if we have time we stop by, they generally fast, and so welcoming when you pull up. and their monthly specials are always fun to check out and try! Definitely a favorite of mine.
