Their drinks are always great but it’s kind of uncomfortable for them to verbally ask if you’re leaving a tip and how much, and then not give you your receipt. I understand tip culture and all, but this felt out of the social norm already, and then to not allow us to see any part of our transaction felt off as well.
Staff is extremely pleasant everytime and work hard to remember repeat orders! Also, very kind to my daughter whenever we come through...she loves the suckers! Then the ciffee taste great as well. 🌻
I miss seeing Maya at the Old Seward location! I was surprised to see her at this location, but it absolutely made my day. She is so nice and has great customer service!!! Her smile brighten my day
