Today's service was great, my passenger didn't know what they wanted so we waited. Then, placed our order. It was made just like we wanted it. Very friendly and on valentine's day, they have heart shaped straws!

I was having an awful day and when I pulled in here the barista was so friendly it really brightened up my day, I did not expect that and really really appreciated it. If you see this, thank you diva!!! I was the one with the silver and pink nails

Coffee is always a miss. Never had a consistent drink. The last time I was there my drink didn’t taste anything like what I always ordered so I kindly asked them to remake it. They said they were going to charge me extra. I think it’s a bit ridiculous if the drink I ordered doesn’t taste like they put in any flavoring at all and I’m to pay more for what I always order.

When I first starting going to Common Grounds, it was amazing... Smiles, great service, amazing food and coffee. (There are 2 gals that are truly amazing but I think they have either moved on or moved locations) Sad. 😔
Unfortunately now... No smiles, rudeness, lack of good customer service at times and the coffee is hit and miss (sometimes watered down or burnt tasting)
On 9/25, the worst coffee I've received yet and I get the same drink everytime.
Not to mention the environment...bees flying all around the window area putting both customers and employees at risk of getting stung. For some, that is a hospital visit.
On my last visit 9/25, one of the employees got stung and I had to fight to get a bee out of my vehicle before I could leave. Unacceptable.
I'm speaking out for the safety of both the employees and customers. I believe there is room for improvement here.

They were a little on the slow side, but it was definitely worth the wait. I can actually taste my coffee and not just the syrup that they add to it.Very good!
Super tasty! I got a frappuccino with chocolate, hazlenut, and caramel to make it like a Snickers.. the worker was very nice too. The drink wasn't too strongly sugary either, it was balanced.
