This used to be the only coffee hut I would go to, but recently I’ve decided it’s just not worth it to go anymore. They charge extra for every little thing and the prices are already higher than any other coffee shop, and they don’t offer anything to justify it. Many offer pretzels, trail bites, fun pastries, or exciting and creative drinks with extras, but not common grounds. The amazing baristas were what made it worth it to come here, but I find more value going anywhere else. I’ve heard many stories about their management, and how horribly
they treat their staff, and I dont feel comfortable giving my money to a business that supports that. It’s very clear that they don’t care about the hard working and caring baristas that run their business, or the customers that are paying their bills. To me, the people that run the business just seem money hungry and not at all passionate about the business.

This was my first time here, though it won't be my last. They were very friendly and went over the menu with me. I had one of the April specials: The Earthy Taurus. Matcha with a cheesecake cold foam. Omgoodness! The jalapeño cheddar bagel was good, too.

I love coming to Common Grounds on Dimond. All the girls are so nice and personable, and they remember my name and drink order which is so appreciated. I’ve been coming here 2-3X/week for over a year. Yes I could make coffee at home but there is something so great about having it made for you, especially by people so awesome 😎 I’m a chiropractor and their coffee helps me keep my energy throughout the day to give great service. Love them!!!

I love going to the Old Seward Location. The Barista’s are super nice and always get my order correct.

I love the coffee shop on Dimond and Vanessa is such an amazing funny sweet king young lady!! I love seeing her and always have a great laugh with a great cup of coffee ❤️🙂

I came in today 12-18 and ordered a coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Both girls were on their phones and I placed my order. They told me the price and then asked for a tip (before I got anything mind you) then I get my coffee and they both go back to leaning on the counter on their phones and I sat there awkwardly waiting for my bagel, they then looked over shocked after about a minute I was still there and she realized she had forgotten my bagel. She proceeded to rush over grabbing a bagel and threw it in the microwave and handed it to me. MY BAGEL WASNT EVEN TOASTED OR SLICED. Just thrown into the microwave and handed to me like I was interrupting their phone time. I will NEVER come to this coffee stand again even if it’s out of my way for my morning coffee and sandwich.

I take detours to stop by here for coffee. It's always consistently delicious, I also love their push pop lotus drink. Staff is friendly and efficient.
