About Crow's Nest

The Crow's Nest is a high-end restaurant with a stunning ambiance and attentive service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, ensuring guests feel well taken care of. The menu offers a variety of delectable options, including perfectly cooked halibut, salmon, and steak dishes. The Bone Marrow appetizer is a delightful choice, while the oysters, though a bit dry, are on the larger side. The restaurant provides good portion sizes for the price, and the views from the 20th-floor windows are simply breathtaking, especially on a sunny day, making it an ideal setting for special occasions or romantic dinners. The ambience is quiet and relaxed, with tremendous views of the city and mountains right outside the window. The restaurant's chef, Cameron, creates beautifully presented and delicious dishes. Desserts like banana split and coconut crème brûlée are creative and tasty, complementing the risotto and crab legs. Guests have noted special touches, such as celebrating anniversaries with 'Happy Anniversary!' written in chocolate on desserts, and attentive staff who take note of special occasions. The Crow's Nest offers fantastic food prepared to perfection, with a magical atmosphere and excellent wine selection by the sommelier. It remains a popular choice for memorable dining experiences.

Then, on December 2, 2025, my partner received a call from the restaurant regarding a reservation he had made months ago for December 31st. That’s when everything fell apart. The restaurant completely ruined a beautiful moment...read full review

The food has gone down over the years and they don’t seem to care any longer. Our table was stuck in a corner with no view which is pretty hard to do in that building.

Food average with the desert being dry and paste-like. Time to revamp the culture back to when Wally Hickel was around.

Absolutely phenomenal experience.
