Fantastic cocktails, food, wine, and service, as usual! And the ambiance and views can't be beat!

Dinner and service were outstanding. We had a wonderful birthday celebration. Special thanks to Tesha, Adam, chefs and staff!

The Crow's Nest is our go to place for special occasions and this did not disappoint. We had requested a specific table and was seated at that table swiftly. Our server, Gail, was friendly yet professional and the supporting staff was amazing. We will continue to recommend for special occasions

Amazing views, such a great classic hotel and restaurant. The food was OK, but not the reason to go and enjoy this place. Would definitely still recommend it.

Dinner was for my husband's birthday. Server noticed my birthday was coming soon when she checked ID's and we BOTH got birthday desserts!

Want a delicious, quiet meal with a fantastic view? Go early! We always enjoy the Crow's Nest, and find the noise level wonderfully quiet when you go early. It's worth it to have a great meal AND have a conversation. Service is great, and the view is the best in Anchorage.

I believe that the Criw's Nest Restaurant is over rated by others. I thought the receptionist was not friendly in greeting me upon arrival. The view was fantastic overlooking Anchorage and this was the highlight of the visit. The food quality was disappointing. I had the venison and it was tough and over cooked. The food was not very warm and it took some time to be served after ordering. Two meals and two drinks with gratuity was $232.00! Ther are better quality restaurants, price points and value elsewhere in Anchorage. Don't get caught up in the hype. I won't be returning.

The food has gone down over the years and they don’t seem to care any longer. Our table was stuck in a corner with no view which is pretty hard to do in that building. Food average with the desert being dry and paste-like. Time to revamp the culture back to when Wally Hickel was around.

Brought my wife for her birthday and it was all wonderful. Odd to say but the oysters were almost TOO big. The food was delicious and drinks just as good. Our waitress and other servers were all very attentive. Can't afford to go too often, as we like to tip well for good service but we will absolutely be back later in the future.

I’ve only had one not so great meal at Crows Nest, the rest have been outstanding. The bone marrow is my go-to appetizer and the crab legs are always fresh. P.S. the lounge area at Crows Nest is the best ambiance in the city so don’t worry about booking a table in the dinning areas.

It’s a nice decent place to have dinner, although usually they’re busy and booked, so I recommend prior booking. Walks-ins are also welcomed if they’re available. Food was awesome ??

Food was disappointing. Oysters were large (size 5) and the taste was not crisp as the Alaska oysters they have traditionally served. Sone of the tuna tuna steak was not the usual high quality and appeared to come from white tendon left side.

My Wife and I are in Anchorage Alaska on business we tried other restaurants in Anchorage and decided to try the Crows Nest in the Captain Cook Hotel, we were greeted by a wonderful hostess and seated in a booth overlooking the city. My wife and I both ordered the prime rib. Our server took amazing care of us. When our steaks came out, it was an amazing presentation. The steaks were cooked perfectly the way we ordered them, very juicy, very delicious. Very very wonderful meal. When we come back up to Anchorage we will definitely visit The Crows Nest again .
