This was our first time trying Crush (for the Vegan Chef Challenge), and it definitely won’t be our last! We went for date night, and it was perfect. Making a reservation online was quick and easy. The ambiance was quiet and relaxed, yet it had that uniquely upscale Alaskan feel. It's easily the best restaurant I've been to in Alaska. Everything from the service to the food was on point. The Halibut with the miso cream was the perfect dish. The fish had an amazing sear with a tender interior, elevated by this beautiful miso cream sauce. A must try and I will 100% return!
Love the atmosphere at Crush. The wine selection is fabulous and it’s a creative menu. I wish they had one or two more vegetarian options with real protein. Not many vegan options to speak of. I had the vegetarian wellington. It has a puff pastry, roasted vegetables, and then it is plated with a pesto and a blue cheese cream. It was awesome.
