I asked for a plain Cheeseburger but what i got was not what i asked for. Almost every time i go to Dairy Queen they mess up my order.

It's pretty good here but I came twice around 10:15pm and they closed early both times before 10:30 which was the posted close time but I did notice a worker smirking like they were laughing about closing early but ofcourse I could be wrong anyways..

I am currently on minute 15 of waiting in the drive through line, with no end in sight. This is complete insanity. ONE Blizzard has been made during this time. There are only two cars ahead of me. The first car has received the single Blizzard and clearly has more stuff ordered yet they are not instructing him to move ahead and serve others. This franchise should be immediately removed.

Everytime I go this dairy queen (pm shift) the staff have treated me reapectucflly and made delicious food in a timely manner. For how young these kids are, they're doing a great job. Will be back!

No signage to indicate ice-cream machine not working. Sat in a drive thru with no exit for 30 minutes and no order placed. How is this “fast food“?
One of my all-time best drive-thru experiences. Not only was I pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burgers, the guy in the window (Colton?) made me feel like a valuable customer. I will definitely return.
Empty restaurant took 10min for them to even take my order, and they acted like it was an inconvenience that I dared come inside and order food. There were no spoons available to eat the ice cream and no lids for the drinks. To top it off, the burger was cold. Management needs to quit replying to their crappy reviews and just fix the problem. I'm not asking for my butt to be kissed, but this is ridiculous.

The cream is definitely expired and was served to us on top of the banana split I ordered, I also asked for extra topping and they were non existent on my sundae …basically everything tasted off and expired I always order a sundae from dq and was never disappointed until now…..only thing good was the service.
