They seemed to be understaffed but the ladies that helped take my order and give me the drinks were really pretty and very nice. Not their fault. They had great customer service skills and were really nice and helpful helping me complete my Door dash order.

I went out on a limb today on going to this place after the service I had last time. And needless to say, the service was actually very exceptional. My Dog doesnât normally like Black people for some reason, but he actually really loved the guys that were working there tonight. it could have been from the beautiful pup cup that he was given but who knows. Time will only tell and we will see what happens at the dog park when we run into another black guy and if itâs the same reaction or not. Hopefully this experience has changed my dogs perception on things and he will stop being a little shit to people he doesnât know. Luckily he only barks at them and growls but nothing too crazy.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. Went to get a s'mores blizzard and chicken strips basket, mostly for the blizzard though. There was already a line when we arrived and it was moving very slowly. No apology or explanation was ever given by the staff for the wait time, they barely even said anything. At least they got my order right on the first attempt.

I arrived in the DQ drive through about 8:15 with only 2 cars in front of me and one at the window. When I got to the order board after the car in front of me pulled away. No one even acknowledged me for 5 minutes I timed it. âNot even a greeting or a be with you in a minute, nothing!â I only ordered 3 blizzards and a misty freeze. The guy in front of me sat at the window for a long time and then he was handed a cone and peanut buster parfait, 2 items. When we finally got to the window, I paid and then waited another 5-7 minutes for our 4 items. Ridiculous!! We left at 8:47, 30 plus minutes, super slow service and terrible customer service as well. The only thing positive about this DQ was the ice cream was cold and good. However, this is quite possibly the slowest DQ Iâve ever been to. Wonât be back any time soon!!

I asked for a plain Cheeseburger but what i got was not what i asked for. Almost every time i go to Dairy Queen they mess up my order.
It's pretty good here but I came twice around 10:15pm and they closed early both times before 10:30 which was the posted close time but I did notice a worker smirking like they were laughing about closing early but ofcourse I could be wrong anyways..

I am currently on minute 15 of waiting in the drive through line, with no end in sight. This is complete insanity. ONE Blizzard has been made during this time. There are only two cars ahead of me. The first car has received the single Blizzard and clearly has more stuff ordered yet they are not instructing him to move ahead and serve others. This franchise should be immediately removed.
