I loved the bun and the burger was small. The fries, however, were room temperature. Since I was there mainly for a burger and blizzard, I didn't say anything, but it's always disappointing to get cool and limp fries instead of hot and crispy.
The pumpkin pie blizzard on the other hand was the bomb.

Ordered a chicken strip basket and it was missing the fries. Drove back and got them. Got home and the gravy was paste (put milk in it to fix it). 2nd time in a row getting food there and it's missing the other half of the meal. Save yourself some trouble and go to the location on Abbott.

Ordered dairy queen and got dairy queen. Cant beat chicken tendies with the white gravy when youve already eaten it.

I'm extremely disappointed, I used to love Dairy Queen but not anymore. The place has gone downhill and fast, the service was terrible and the person who was helping me was very rude. On top of that the food was horrible and definitely NOT worth the $17 I paid. I got handed two different meals that were not mine and I also had to wait over 20 minutes for my food when I ordered online. I will never be giving them my business again, if you read this I highly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere.

Believe the reviews, don’t get food here! I’ve been here 2 times. Ordered in drive thru and it wasn’t too busy. This time I came around 6pm on 2 July 2025. 1 burger was not in my bag and all others were cold. The whole store was staffed by teenagers too busy talking their ears off, specifically the young blond gentleman.

Extremely slow service. Employees take a very long time to approach you if you come to the front counter. Seems chaotic and disorganized despite five employees being on site. Despite the exceptionally long wait times orders still come out incomplete and missing items.

Ordered a custom cake for my son’s birthday and pretty much got the total opposite of what I ordered. It tasted good but didn’t have nearly as much detail as the cake pictured, they used chocolate frosting instead of vanilla, the ice cream on the inside was chocolate instead of vanilla and there was not one cookie dough to be found even though that is what was ordered. My son requested a vanilla cookie dough cake with vanilla frosting so that was a bummer. There’s a spot for any notes to which I noted that he liked the color red and not a big deal but there was no red anything. What a fail. Like I said, it tasted good but wasn’t what I ordered.
