We came to grab a bite for a late lunch. Better than some of the DQ in Texas. Kikite was great taking our order. Awesome experience.

Believe the reviews, don’t get food here! I’ve been here 2 times. Ordered in drive thru and it wasn’t too busy. This time I came around 6pm on 2 July 2025. 1 burger was not in my bag and all others were cold. The whole store was staffed by teenagers too busy talking their ears off, specifically the young blond gentleman.

Extremely slow service. Employees take a very long time to approach you if you come to the front counter. Seems chaotic and disorganized despite five employees being on site. Despite the exceptionally long wait times orders still come out incomplete and missing items.

Ordered a custom cake for my son’s birthday and pretty much got the total opposite of what I ordered. It tasted good but didn’t have nearly as much detail as the cake pictured, they used chocolate frosting instead of vanilla, the ice cream on the inside was chocolate instead of vanilla and there was not one cookie dough to be found even though that is what was ordered. My son requested a vanilla cookie dough cake with vanilla frosting so that was a bummer. There’s a spot for any notes to which I noted that he liked the color red and not a big deal but there was no red anything. What a fail. Like I said, it tasted good but wasn’t what I ordered.

Voted worst fast food restaurant in Anchorage. went to go order a six piece chicken strip meal and I’ve only getting four chicken strips one piece of not even toasted bread and maybe six or seven fries it took about 37 minutes to get through the drive-through Next time I wanna grab a bite to eat when I leave the hardware store I’ll go to the gas station up the road. It’s five extra minutes, but it won’t take you a half hour to get what you need.
Staff here were amazing, smiling and friendly. Food was ready quickly and was delicious. They really stepped up and are turning this place around! Great customer service! The store was very clean and the parking lot was even clean.

Chill enough place with chill staff but ive seen firsthand how they make some of the desserts and i gotta say its kinda messy. The staff have to deal with a lot tho so i think they're pretty awesome for staying so positive when its clearly busy as heck.

They will put your chilli cheese dogs on the bottom and it will be soggy including the box is soggy too and damaged and will spill.
