Voted worst fast food restaurant in Anchorage. went to go order a six piece chicken strip meal and I’ve only getting four chicken strips one piece of not even toasted bread and maybe six or seven fries it took about 37 minutes to get through the drive-through Next time I wanna grab a bite to eat when I leave the hardware store I’ll go to the gas station up the road. It’s five extra minutes, but it won’t take you a half hour to get what you need.

Staff here were amazing, smiling and friendly. Food was ready quickly and was delicious. They really stepped up and are turning this place around! Great customer service! The store was very clean and the parking lot was even clean.

Chill enough place with chill staff but ive seen firsthand how they make some of the desserts and i gotta say its kinda messy. The staff have to deal with a lot tho so i think they're pretty awesome for staying so positive when its clearly busy as heck.

The service was great. They laughed off an accident when my blizzard got dropped cup and all when turned upside down. Indoor decor is pretty good, but fairy sparse. The food is tasty, cold, or hot, as each item needs to be.

When I grew up, DQ was all over the TV. The Anchorage branch shows how homelessness can ruin a city.
The food was OKAY, but both times I visited, there were homeless people standing next to the drive-thru line. It made the parking lot look gross. That's aside from the outdated building.
Their ice cream anything is GREAT. Hamburgers, not so great for me.

Person taking our order was rude and seemed annoyed to take our order. After getting our blizzards (we ordered 3), all of them were completely melted upon receiving them and the cups were coated in ice cream.
