Denali Pretzels & Coffee Co

I've had coffee (usually just a plain latte) from this place several times while flying through ANC. It has been hit or miss.. a couple of excellent cups and a couple of watery ones. I also had their breakfast burrito once, and it was pretty darn good. It's probably one of the better quick bites you'll be able to get here, but it'll cost you! Service is consistently good, especially for early mornings at an airport. I'm sure I'll keep giving them my business from time to time if I'm flying in the morning; in my opinion, there aren't really better options for coffee or a quick breakfast bite at the airport.

The cashier was cordial but the preparer was rude for a short interaction. Asking a simple question of whether salsa is in the bag got her flustered and she snatched the condiment out of my hand.

This lady is RUDE! I told her exactly what I wanted and she told me I was wrong and she was right. I told her that I always order the same thing everywhere I go. With almond milk because I can’t have regular milk. She still insisted I was wrong and started raising her voice to me saying I was in the wrong and she was right then told me, “Well YOU need to start saying the CORRECT order!” Idk her name, but I hope the supervisor or manager sees this! Never ordering from here again.

I have stopped here 4 times in the last two years. The service is really great and the staff are super kind! Coffee is great too. Way better than Starbucks in the airport. Although every time I get a breakfast sandwitch, the middle is frozen. I know that's probably an issue with the ovens and out of the barista's control.

Absolutely wonderful coffee stop. If you're going through ANC, be sure to stop here. Say hello to Tes and Mariz, they give wonderful service. Best coffee at the airport.

The energy drinks are amazing!!

The owner and staff of this establishment are beyond 5 stars! I wish I could have given more. My husband lost his suitcase at the airport there in Anchorage, and these amazing people went a million miles above and beyond to help a complete stranger locate his belongings. I wish there were more people like this in the world. Kudos and many thanks to you guys!!

I fly every month, for work, out of Ted Stephens Airport and always stop at the Denali Pretzel kiosk immediately after the security checkpoint. Their latte’s are far better than S’Bucks.

I stopped in here to get a caramel frappe before a short flight. The frappe was a decently priced drink and tasted just okay. It was watery, and the whip wasn't exceptional either. The service was quite good, and the barista was helpful. That's about it.

I was starving and didn’t want to spend an insane about of money at upper one for mediocre food.I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and had the sweet lady toast it along with a cream cheese everything bagel.It was delicious and quite filling and inexpensive! I love the drip coffee as well! It’s a hell of a lot stronger than Starbucks! If you need a pick me up fast their drip coffee is Amazing!!!I will be ordering again when I travel through!I suggest coconut water options or smoothies if possible?Keep up the Amazing work!
