Do yourself a favor and pick up a dozen doughnuts here, you wont regret it. Everything you want in a doughnut. Sweet and airy but not overly sweet. Try the lemon lavender for sure! A wide variety of flavors. I will definitely be back again!

Updated from 3 to 5 stars now that staffing issues seem to have been resolved and they're not unexpectedly closed anymore unless they've run out out of doughnuts.

Absolutely the BEST donuts in town. She even makes VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE! P.O.G. is my personal favorite. This Alaskan Business is really doing everything right! So glad to have Dipper Donuts in Anchorage.

These donuts are like magic. All at once: sweet, cakey, pillowy, crunchy and delicious. I bought a dozen and brought them to work on Friday and they were a hit. I tried the apple cinnamon fritter and there was perfection in every bite. The sweet, tart and slight crunchiness to the apples provided a nice balance to the cinnamon sugar, cakey dough. And you could taste that the doughnut was fried just a little bit. It was great. I can't wait to buy more.

Not a fan of this place . Horrible customer service and the donuts are not good . Not to mention almost every time I have tried to go and give them another chance, they are closed even though they are listed as "open" on their advertised business hours. If you want good donuts do yourself a favor and go somewhere else .
I had high hopes for this place, I tried several times hoping to hit is on the right day. Their social media profiles always show delicious looking donuts, but every time I stop by there is hardly any selection and the donuts are stale. I've gone several times before 8:00am and the donuts still taste stale. I'm not sure what time you have to go to get them fresh.

Good customer service and cute interior but unfortunately over hyped. The first time I went and got a whole variety of donuts and I tried a bite of each one. They were all very dry and dense. The flavors are interesting but the dough itself is so heavy that I couldn't enjoy them. I went a second time to see if they would be any different but they weren't. They are simply not worth the calories because of how dense they are. I appreciate the effort to make interesting exotic flavor combinations but I'd rather go elsewhere satisfy my sweet tooth.

I am shocked to see so many positive reviews of this business after my sisters horrible baby shower arrangement experience. The fact that these people are even in business is actually appalling. Complete disregard for their error in not completing an order after the arrangements were made TWO WEEKS in advance. I am letting everyone one yelp, google, Facebook, and anywhere that I can to let people know to avoid this place at all costs if you are intending to use them for any type of special event unless you want to get told to "find somewhere else" the day before, because they dropped the ball. No attempt to salvage the situation even with at least a day to make it right, not even an apology until a yelp review was posted. Obviously they care more about their social status than honoring their word and customer satisfaction. AVOID!!!!!
